To Lucia, did you have much struggle being a trans girl growing up and how did your family react when your egg cracked?
Lucía: School was very different tho. I didn't have many friends in elementary, so when I started to socially transition I lost most of them, usually cuz of their parents' ignorance. After we moved and I went to a new school it was alright at first, but when they found out I was trans they started hurling slurs at me. It was a part of the reason I was so happy to run away at 16 to literally another world.
