Naomi @ Destino: Naomi approaches the Absol and notices the long pillow they are holding. "Hey, that looks just like you!" she beamed. She shows them her stuffed Wooloo Miss Marshmellow. "I got a sleeping buddy, too! Her name's Miss Marshmellow! Do you want to pet her? She's super friendly!"

Destino: No, what am I, 5? Go bother someone else. Can't you see that I don't deal with the affairs of toddlers?

Vinny: *The young boy skittishly moves towards the absol with a rotomphone on his hand helping him to translate* Hi there, so your the Prime that my uncle Romeo was telling me about? He said you were quite the character, but I believe you can be a good sport. I was gonna work on a pillow fort with the extra blankets and pillows lying around. And with that pillow of yourself we can pretend it's the ruler of the pillow fort. It'll be fun.

Destino: You want to take my pillow to put it on top of your pathetic fort? Come on. It deserves more respect than that. I mean, if you want someone on top of the fort, I'd recommend putting Snowball on there. White Vulpix. Blue bows. She loves being grabbed and placed on things. Try it. I'm sure she'd love you for it.

Awwww, Destino brought a pillow of themself because they don't have anyone that actually wanted to come here with them. How precious.

Destino: Buddy, I didn't want anyone to come here with me. Why would I? I'm doing just fine on my own.

(@masked-vee) "A body pillow of yourself?! Really?! Are you that self-centered and shallow that you can't be bothered to bring another living with you?" Snorted a talking hilt being held by a tiny mask wearing Eevee, accompanied by a Zorua. "I myself am a little vain, but if I had a body, I would at least take the kid with me, because, unlike you, I value others before myself!"

Destino: Why would I want to value others before myself? Have you not heard about self love? Do you not love yourself? It's ok. I'm sure someday you'll be able to appreciate a little bit of self-love because I doubt anyone would want to love someone like you.

Nike @ Destino: "Oh hey, you're that stuck-up royal one of my buddies mentioned meeting. You probably don't remember him since he stated you value your looks over anything else." The human-form victini chattered, sitting criss-cross in the air. "I'm willing to bet that you're TERRIBLE at Truth or Dare~"

Me? Terrible at truth or dare? Ha. You could give me any truth question and I'd give you an honest answer. Like how I honestly think that outfit could use a compete redo. Who are you trying to impress with it because I don't see anyone here wanting to look at you

*Destino couldn't help but laugh at the pathetic lump that Lief had become. They did want a conversation of a more serious nature to figure out why Lief reacted the way he did but it appeared now was not a good time for that.*

Destino: Wow, and I thought I was bad when I was inebriated. You really are the whole circus. What a disgusting creature you are. This is rather embarrassing for you, isn't is? Ending up in a state like this in front of all of these Pokémon. I wouldn't be surprised if you were to get kicked out for this behaviour. I mean, considering how foolish you're acting, I'm shocked it's not already happened.

Destino: You're also convinced I couldn't make you talk? I think you'll find you're mistaken there, buddy. I can be very convincing when I need to be. Probably the most convincing Pokémon in the entire world. I'm choosing not to at the moment as I don't want to make a bigger idiot out of you than you already are.

*Destino approached Lief, fully dressed in their sleeping gear. What had happened had been on their mind for a bit and they needed to get to the bottom of it. Pointing a finger into his chest, Destino began to speak in a curt tone.*

Destino: You. Explain what had happened earlier. I don't want a tauros-shit explanation. I know I can be terrifying when I need to be. That's just how amazing I am. But your reaction was something else. Talk.

Lief blinked slowly. He looked down at the finger poking his chest, then back at Destino's face. He raised both paws to slowly push down their claws.

Lief: "B... before you ask, because I kn-kn... know you will. Don't. It'ss nothin'. You hear me? Nothin'... nothin'."

His voice sounded considerably more slurred than just earlier, especially with the way he enunciated "nothing". His stance was so wobbly that it might take the lightest of breezes to completely knock him over.

Lief: "And, a-and... that stuff earlier? That... that other stuff? Also nothin'. I don' gotta tell you nothin'. Yeah? Nothin'... an' there's no way you will ever- ugh, hold on..."

He paused to hiccup. He shuddered, looking genuinely sick.

Lief: "Geez... a-anyways, there'ss... nno way you will, ever, make me. Honestly, even if I d-did-"

His knees buckled mid-sentence, and he again fell right on his face. He near completely went limp.

A louder, muffled hiccup came from him some moments later.

Lief: "Ow..."

sphaeramjourney asked: Gloria stumbled into Lief with a bizarre outfit. It does not bother the Lucario, but the drunkenness what concerns her. She magically summons out a cup of water and attempts to offer it to him. By the Lords, are you okay?! Who gave you that uniform? and you can't be going around looking like that, what if you get yourself hurt?! Here, have some water!

Another groan came from the Simbobeon. He now sounded a lot more depressed. With the amount of alcohol he just drank, it was inevitable that it'd hit him full force like this.

For yet more moments of awkward silence, he just lied there. He didn't bother trying to get back up, or even lift his head.

His state of mind and his usual inhibitions all but eroded, he proceeded to speak his mind for the first time since arriving here.

And without yelling at others or belittling them, to boot.

Lief: "I'm not ok... I'm a loser. A wimp. A fraud, a liar."

🌍 Petunia the Pi(n)kachu :3

Name: Petunia

Species: Pikachu

Kingdom: Mechania

Petunia is certainly a confident one. Her friends all know her as someone who speaks her mind without second thoughts. Mike the electabuzz certainly finds her funny. She loves trying to get her friends out and about, wanting them to relax and enjoy themselves. The night life is something she enjoys and loves seeing if the Storm is out performing. If they are, she'll stop at nothing to get her friends to join her. Not that she particularly enjoys his music but more for the fact that she wants to get her friends to lighten up and enjoy their free time, rather than worrying about work. She had no idea where she got her pink colouring from.

(Not much to say on this one. I'd imagine one of her relatives is a clefairy or clefable which is why her colouring has pink in it.)

Name: Lenox

Species: Hawlucha (raboot mix)

Kingdom: Terrestria

Not many Pokémon are aware of their efforts but someone has to do it. After finding out about the secret trading between Terrestria and the kingdom underground, Lenox and a group of other Pokémon have been stealing goods from King Flint to distribute to others in a less than fortunate position. As much as he's a good king, his monopoly on ores and stones is far too great for someone to have. It's also strange because everyone knows that the royal family have been awful for some time. King Flint takes the throne and suddenly everyone is on board with him. Perhaps he's trying to make up for what his family has done with the kingdom. Who knows. All this group knows is that they can't trust him.

Their group does their dealings during the night, when there are less Pokémon to see them. They've tried their best not to get caught, but it appears that there's some rival group coming to take them out. It doesn't help that half of the member of this group use less-than-favourable methods to carry out their tasks and Lenox isn't the biggest fan of that. What's worse is that her sister was murdered by this opposing group. She still tries to keep a positive attitude but it can be difficult sometimes.

(I'm certainly trying my best by reading through blogs a bit in order to figure out how the characters could be in my universe. I also had to change the parent Pokémon, because pangoro just straight up doesn't exist in this part of my world. I felt raboot could carry those design elements across. I may also not do every character everyone has sent through as I received so many of these and some of them are legendaries so I'm gonna have to change them into regular Pokémon.)

👀 Oooh, this sounds fun! 🌍 For Kappa (ask-impatient-samurott)

Name: Kappa

Species: Samurott

Kingdom: Naaturo

Kappa was born and raised in Naaturo. When she was a Dewott, she was convinced by a friend to come with them to the kingdom of Terrestria to train. Terrestria is known for its abundance of evolutionary stone ores and battle contests. Every year, a battle tournament is held and Kappa’s friend thought they’d have a chance of winning. When the both of them arrived in Terrestria, they headed straight for Master Farris’ training grounds. After a while, Kappa evolved and the two of them were ready to join the tournament.

They made it through a great deal of the battles and ended up in a battle with a lapras. The two saw this lapras had yellow eyes but chalked it up to genetics. Seemed this lapras was also incredibly powerful too, with ice type attacks which could cover the battle grounds with a layer of thick ice. Kappa’s friend tried to attack but ended up dead to a single attack before anyone could process what had happened. Before the officiators could call off the match, the lapras ended up dealing an incredible blow to Kappa’s head, leading to her being knocked out. She was rushed to an emergency room.

After some time, she woke up to find that she was finding it incredibly difficult to remember what had happened during the tournament. All she could remember was those yellow eyes that seemed to pierce through her. She also discovered that she’d received some nasty scarring from the event. When she was eventually allowed to leave, she went back to the battle grounds, asking for her friend. With the staff members wanting to cover up the incident, they told Kappa they were unsure where her friend could have gotten to. She ended up travelling back home by herself, no answers in sight.

Kappa is currently in the process of finding out what had happened on the fateful day and where her friend had disappeared to. That Lapras has never been seen again. Some speculate that it was never really there. Some speculate that it was a god that had been sent down to test the worth of the mortals. Nobody really knows what it could have been.

(I have a soft spot for Kappa, to be honest. I actually need to read your blog from the beginning to get the full picture. Definitely had to consider how her story could be translated to something that would work in my world.)

🌍 Catherine from @team-pokefriends ?

Name: Catherine

Species: Dragonite

Kingdom: Cirrolus

After having to survive in the outlands as a dratini with her mother, she eventually evolved into a dragonair and was able to fly up to the floating kingdom of Cirrolus. Of course, growing up in the outlands is incredibly dangerous, leading to her becoming quite shy and timid. This didn't stop her from wanting to explore the kingdoms down below. Cirrolus has been hovering above this land for a long, long time and Catherine wants to see some of the Pokémon down there as she's heard a lot of them are unable to fly.

Catherine eventually evolved into a Dragonite which gave her the authority to run jobs for the kingdom which involve flying down to the lands below. During the speech given by Prince Stratus in which the Pokémon selected are told of their duties, he made it incredibly clear that no ground Pokémon must know of their presence as they descend from the sky. He told them all that if they are caught, they are to be banished from the kingdom and forced to live the rest of their lives in the outlands. This made Catherine rather nervous and she hasn't made the jump to head down to the ground yet. She hopes to one day gain the courage to. She's not the biggest fan of the royal family, especially Prince Stratus. He can be rather conceited and picks on everyone he comes across for not being as spectacular as him.

(Well, this has definitely given me the opportunity to talk about where some other Pokémon types are in the story. I've mentioned Destino two. Prince Stratus is Destino 2.)

🌍 If Inari won't work for being a legendary, maybe Matcha?

Name: Matcha

Species: Tandemaus

Kingdom: Whimsain

Matcha was found as an egg by a sylveon, who came to care for it. When it hatched, the sylveon noticed it also had the characteristics of an eevee too. The sylveon decided to raise the tandemaus and call them Matcha. Matcha goes to one of the local play groups whilst their Meema works. Matcha has been developing their speech well and one of the play group's workers, a chansey called Claire, has commented on the incredible progress they have made. They love their Meema a lot and love hearing the stories their Meema has told them about legendary Pokémon. The one tale they've enjoyed the most is the story of the Ancestral Guardian, a goddess who helped create all Pokémon and freed the False Guardian from the bad Pokémon. They've heard their Meema mentioning they would like to meet this Ancestral Guardian one day.

(Another case where I couldn't pick the main Pokémon as they're a legend. Inaris would probably be a sylveon in this world. Matcha is a toddler so would have to go to a play group. Inaris also joins in with the play group fun too, helping their little one encounter all of the fun things there. Sensory group fun.)

🌍, GIVE ME THE LOOOOORE!!!

Name: Serafina

Species: Salandit (seviper mix)

Kingdom: The Underdark

Serafina is a female Salandit who harbours a group of male salandits. The king and queen have both said that she's allowed to have a group to lead over. However if she steps any boundaries, they will take away her rights as a leader away and disband the group. Considering how Mirage the Zoroark has banded all of the zorua together, it makes them worry about another group rising up. This group appears to be fine for now. Serafina lives in the main section of the Underdark and is happy to take any salandits in for her group. She's only seen the Prime once and doesn't have a positive opinion of them or their family. Perhaps someone else should step in and take over. It's not like she stole a crown from the Prime and wears it around or anything. No. She wouldn't do that, right?

(So, no milotic exist in the Underdark. They're water types. The Underdark consists of Pokémon with the dark, poison and ghost typing. Seviper seemed like a good fit to match with the scales on the tail. I also couldn't have her be a salazzle as they evolve at a level which is above the level cap for the Underdark (level 30). As I said, some Pokémon are gonna devolve in my universe.)

Just pick any character you’d like

Name: Fay

Species: Shuppet (Haunter Mix)

Kingdom: The Underdark

Fay, being like all other ghost types, is able to see the spirits of those who have died. However, instead of doing what most ghost types do and helping them move on, they've decided to instead scare the residents of the Underdark. It can't be helped really. It's just so much fun. Fay has even been able to frighten the Prime. However, this has lead to them spending time in prison. Seems scaring the royal family wasn't a great idea after all. The king and queen certainly didn't take kindly to it.

(The problem is there is only one of each legendary in my world. So, as much as the mews would be fun, I can't use any Pokémon that are legendaries (or if they are, I'd have to turn them into a different species) as I already have one of them. That's why I had to go for Fay.)

Name: Walter

Species: Servine

Kingdom: Naaturo

Walter is a regular Servine who works on the admin side of one of the many companies that deals with exporting good to the other kingdoms. Being in a managing role is incredibly tough, especially when these bugs constantly get in your way and demand so much from you, so Walter takes time after work going to one of the local bakeries. Sweety the sunflora certainly knows of his presence and appreciates him coming often, even if he is grumpy after a hard day at work. She sometimes offers a free cake when she can tell he's had a particularly stressful day.

(I've had to devolve some Pokémon as the level they would naturally be at the age they seem would not match. For a Servine to get to the level it's need to evolve at his age, it'd have to go through some form of training, as Pokémon battles do not happen naturally in my world. I imagine Walter not being one to go through any form of training, so he'd stay as a Servine for a while.)

🌍 Worth a shot!

Species: Zoroark

Kingdom: The Underdark

Once a Zorua who followed the orders of the one known as Mirage, he decided what she was preaching was not to be trusted. Her distaste for the royalty of the Underdark was certainly understandable. Everyone is aware of her previous relationship with the Prime that ended poorly. However, her plans to take over seemed too farfetched. Wanting nothing to do with her plot, he left. Mirage didn't let him leave her company without some scars to remind him of who he was to her. With him wanting to be alone, he decided to set up residence deep in the Underdark's underground forest. He was eventually able to evolve from defeating the huge hoard of zoruas out for his head. Not many zorua make it to a high enough level to evolve in the Underdark, with the lack of fighting so he was lucky to gain the experience. He's noticed some of the zorua do not look entirely like regular zorua. Something about them seems off.

(I was not able to find a name. He's definitely larger than Mirage and has more muscle. That's probably from having to constantly defeat zorua that try to ambush you at every second.)

🌍 on Romeo, whynot

Name: Romeo

Species: Gallade

Kingdom: Whimsain

Romeo is an ordinary worker for a company based in Whimsain which helps go around each of the kingdoms for heavy labour jobs. This company's main aim is to keep up relations between each of the kingdoms. He was contracted to do some work in Mechania. However, during an accident, he ended up loosing his arm. When Romeo had entered the hospital, the royal scientist, a manetric called Cravun, saw the condition he was in and offered to give him a replacement arm. Cravun had authority from the Kings and so seemed like a trustworthy pokemon.

Romeo took the offer and Cravun set off to work. He eventually was able to get a functioning machine working and, using what he knew from psychic type's control of the brain, explained to Romeo how it works. Cravun was able to get some additional functionality installed in it, making it super useful for the job he had. Cravun keeps in touch with Romeo, asking about how the arm is working as well as letting him know of any upgrades he could do with it.

King Regis and Queen Melody want to be able to understand the technology that has been used for this replacement arm but have been unsuccessful in understanding how it works.

(When you have an entire kingdom which is very technologically advanced compared to the others but isn't willing to share its knowledge with the rest of the kingdoms.)

"Move onwards."

Those words stuck out to Destino. How were they supposed to move on when their best friend had not been truthful? It was hard. Felix knew how much Destino needed him to be honest with them. Their parents said not to trust anyone, not even your closest friends. Was there a spark of truth in all of that?

"Move onwards."

It was frustrating. Why would he choose to keep it secret? How was Destino supposed to look at their friend in the same way knowing he loved them? For how long had this been true? There were too many questions and not enough answers. What was Destino going to do? They didn't like Felix in the same way...right? No. Of course they didn’t. Felix was just a good friend. Would Destino want more with him? No…maybe? No. How was Destino supposed to trust anyone else if they couldn't even trust how they were feeling?

Destino snapped out of their trance to the sound of hearing their makeover had been completed. Time to see how much Reshino had butchered their beautiful-

They stopped their train of thought, shocked by what they were seeing. The pink glitter. The pink eyeshadow. The curled hair. Removing a single fluffy slipper, Destino took the mirror and examined every detail. They looked similar to how they did when they presented themselves as female. Destino used to love wearing makeup like this. It used to be one of their favourites things to do in their free time, dolling themselves up. Perhaps sometimes excessively but it helped them to feel pretty. Destino didn't do it as much now because they didn't want to spend time and effort doing all of that work in amidst their busy care routine, so this was nice. It was an incredibly strange feeling.

Their smile changed from a smug one that believed Reshino was going to mess this up to that of a more genuine one as Destino analysed what had been done to them. It made them feel a sense of nostalgia for who they once were.

They admired themselves for a while, feeling genuinely happy with how this experience had turned out. Perhaps they should do this more often. It made them happy. Destino remembered that Reshino was still there and quickly shifted back to their regular persona. That was enough feeling for one day. Couldn't let that out more than once.

"You've done a pretty decent job, as much as I hate to admit it. I suppose if I ever need this done again, I will have to approach you." Destino felt the urge to address what Reshino had been talking about. They were going to use the information as some sort of blackmail or something. They didn't expect to kinda relate to what she had said on their own way. "And...well..." Urgh, what was they to say? They hated this emotional stuff. That's why they never participated in it. They found it difficult to know what was the right thing to say. In this moment, they considered what Felix would do, as much as Destino hated what he had done to them. He was always trying to look out for others. He would know what to say.

…

Destino was going to regret this.

“I find what you’ve said to be…urgh…relatable. I guess other Pokémon can experience things that are similar to your own experiences. Especially in regard to hurting one you deemed close. Gross. Look at what you’ve done to me, Reshino. These awful feelings. It makes me sick feeling them.” That was the best they were going to do. Perhaps one day they could be better. But for now, this was the only time Destino had unveiled what their true self was like.
