There were a small handful of those who submitted characters but we're included because of the limit. I apologize if you didn't get in but hopefully I'll do another later on so keep an eye out in the future!

Tornadus comes up beside her. "You'd be surprised, the old language was eventually lost. This is a new language that Unovians came up with on their own." He reads the sign to her to which a look of recognition flashes across her face.

”a bababa……”

“You stand in the presence of Lady Reshi! You should be grateful she did not smite you sooner!” Tornadus snapped, a slight grin apparant on his face. The man clad in the strange uniform seemed to squint, before his eyes widened.

“W-wait…Reshi as in…Reshiram?” It seemed to slowly dawn on him as he took a step back. “Our lord was trying to-…There is no way you are here! He left with the other one because he couldn’t summon-…”

“And how do I know you are telling the truth?! You could be an imposter just trying to take my pokemon-AAH!!” A flame shot towards him, landing mere feet away from his body. “I cannot tell a lie, and that Gothitelle should not belong to you. Your intentions aee not well hidden.”

The grunt backs away, despite his pokemon standing firm. He hesitates a moment, swallowing hard as he considers his options. Pulling up his wrist, he speaks into a device attached to the limb quickly. “Alert the Emperor that the Dragoness is awake! NOW!!”

Eyeing the legends before him, in the flesh, he quickly returns his pokemon to the cages that held them. A disgruntled growl escapes him, realizing he’s lost this skirmish. “Fine. I’ll let you win this time.” Taking a ball from his belt, he rolls it over towards the trio. “But don’t thing you’ve won the war! This is far bigger than you’ve seen!”

With a flourish, the man struck a pose, before running pff into the forest. “PLASMAAAAAA!!!” was the cry that could be heard as he receded into the distance.

The deoxys, eerily silent, stood unmoving as the small vixen looked upon with that familiar sparkle in her eyes. However, there was naught but a cold stillness...

Until, of course, an overly loud, exaggerated snoring sound filled the flower field: "HONKSHO, MIMIMIMIMI.... HONKSHO, MIMIMIMIMI.. A BABABABABA.." Deoxys seemed to be.. asleep? But, it looked as though help was on the way.

Having suddenly jumped from Chai's head, a far smaller, previously-hidden creature latched onto Deo like a climber preparing to scale a great mountain. "Sorry! Let me wake the big guy for ya!" The Tiny-Deo called up to Chai. "I know, trust me! It's like Deo Inception over here!" With legs that spun like a cartoon, the Tiny-Deo shot up the normal sized Deo, and with a fist reeled back, socked his larger counterpart with a crack.

"A- A WHO, A WHAT? WHOMST?" Deoxys blurted out while the Tiny-Deo gave a thumbs up to Chai and disappered. "OH, CHAI!" Deoxys bellowed as he lowered his head and presses his forehead against hers. "I AM GOOD. I AM DOING EVERYTHING I CAN. PRETENDING IM SUPERMAN, YOU KNOW? THE NIGHTS ARE LONG. IM GROWING OLDER ALL THE TIME. LOOKING OLDER ALL THE TIME. FEELING YOUNGER IN MY MIND. SO, HERE I AM, DOING EVERYTHING I CAN, HOLDING ON TO WHAT I CAN. YOU KNOW?" Very apt for his final statements, Deo's hands were firmly placed on Chai's shoulders. "HOW ARE YOU?"

A BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAABABA. A BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAABABA. A BABABA. THAT'S THE ONLY WAY I KNOW HOW TO CALL OUT. MY VOICE ECHOES SO FAAAAAAAR. WHERE DOTH THY BE, THE PEOPLES I MAYHAPS AM SEARCHING FOR? I AM IN THIS FIELD OF FLOWERS. I AM BIG ONCE MORE. I WAS ONCE SMALL.., BUT I HAVE GROWN. NOW, I AM BIG. AGAIN. I CAN SEE SO FAR. YET, I DO NOT SEE WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR. HOW DOES IT GO? I AM JUST YELLING INTO THE TREES AT THIS POINT, BUT THEY DO NOT YELL BACK. WEEEESNAW I AM GOING TO TAKE A NAP.

-Coming up the hill with a dark blue scarf around her neck and a watering can in tow, Chai had come to do some watering in the flower field. She wasn't sure if the plants even needed the help, given their strange ability to even thrive amongst the change of seasons. But, it gave her some hope that she'd see him again--

. . . ? D-Deo??? -For a moment she paused her ascent and listened, tilted her head, and laughed. She lost grip of the watering can as she began running; leaping at the deoxys as she wrapped her arms around him in a big hug.-

DEOOO! -Tail bobbing with excitement, she grins warmly up at her crush before taking on a puzzled look. She had questions for him, but one stood out the most.-

...Aren't you cold out here?? -Tugging at her own scarf, she pulls it off. With a bit of a hop, she wraps the scarf around Deo's neck, looking satisfied with her work.- There...

Now then... how are you?
