john is more on the architecture and building side of things, jane is on the design and aesthetics side of things. john would build a house and jane would decorate inside and out type stuff (pre forsaken)

john isnt able to speak (during and post forsaken), but jane would be his best interpreter just because she knew him for so long

john’s first words to her post forsaken were “jane do you want a cup of coffee”. pretty much all of the hcs after this one are post forsaken

theyre just an old married couple in my head. they quip and have arguments sometimes but always manage to make up really quickly after. usually its john doing the most apologizing though

ofc they both had their own lives they miss before being forsaken’d. i think jane would have a great time with a shop (maybe flowers) and crocheting/knitting though! john loves to hover over her and watch because he thinks crocheting is impressive

jane loves to garden and got back into gardening when john came back. he cant do much since he lost a lot of his dexterity but hes really good at digging holes

john would immediately try jumping back into architecture and building stuff. long hours at work, jane gets to hang out and be on her own devices for a while. always happy when john comes back home though :)

they both have their own respective lazyboy chairs except they frequently either steal eachother’s chairs or just sit in the same one together. a lot of their fights relate to the chairs

jane’s favorite food is cinnamon rolls, so john makes sure to keep the house stocked on them. he never forgot the recipe he used to bake them for her

jane isnt as affectionate as john is but she still has her own ways of showing love. mostly hanging out wherever john is and watching him work, or just talking to him whenever she can about something or other. new parks being built that she read in the newspaper, how her favorite store recently had a restock on flower seeds, etc

i could yap forever about them both together and individually. i lov jane doe and john doe <3 this was so long LOL

elliot is based off of elliot from work at a pizza place (aka the little guy in the thumbnail). hes a sweetie and a hard worker. he has a little sister too

in terms of forsaken, he’s still a sweetie and a hard worker! he saves his pizza so he can give it to everyone else. hes sour towards 007n7 and coolkid because they griefed his pizza place though
