Utter awe over her spectacular size and power. I had never seen anything like it. Medoh was magnificent, breathtaking, spectacular. I had a difficult time believing that anyone could pilot a divine creature of such immense capability.

The when she first permitted me to board and touch her main control panel with my feathers it was like a spiritual experience. She spoke to me, spoke right into my soul. In that moment I knew I was her pilot - I was born to be her pilot. It was in my very bones. It could be nobody else, she had chosen me and only me.

It took time for us to truly understand one another enough for me to master the skill of piloting Medoh, but I picked it up faster than any of the other champions. Just another attesting to my superior skills.

Well yes, some warning would have been appreciated. I wasn't aware that process was going to feel like my mind was going to burn to ashes and my soul would be torn out of my body. It was almost as painful as dying again. If your first pilot experienced something similar then I know you are not oblivious to how such an experience cannot simply be sprung upon one with a promise of ease.

We are already bonded in so many ways, Medoh. You know me better than my own blood kin. Meaning I know you know there is nothing I hate more than to feel helpless and out of control like that. I felt like I was blind and being pulled into a fire, and while you know you hold my trust, my instincts are sharp and I cannot stop myself from pulling back.

If we are going to achive this goal, I need you not to pull, but to guide. I shall endure the burning and locate you through the smoke, but you must meet me half way and never take away my control. Am I understood?

A warning was absolutely in order. I apologize for not giving you one prior to that. I will not deny any of your words or complaints as they are all fair and true. While I hurt you, I felt closer to you than ever before, as if I could hold you with my own two... limbs? I am not sure what to say, but if we try again I will absolutely try to guide you. I will not pull or push you.

As for you claiming that you failed the training, no. My systems experienced a cascade of failures and crashes that rendered me paralyzed. ...and yet it felt like I could still move. If we are to try again, we must attempt to speed up the process. If I experience these problems again, it may be the last time they ever happen, and the last day I ever function on.

We will try again, perhaps soon enough.

Are you really 100% machine or is there a part of you that's...alive? Like was there ever a part of you once a living breathing individual before you became who you are now? If you were, do you have any memories before you became a divine beast? Or if you are 100% machine, what were your first memories when you came online for the first time? It's hard to believe you could be all machine when you sound like you have feelings and thoughts of your own.
