Focused on getting back to the Sanctum as fast as she could, she almost missed stepping over many puddles. She looked left, then right before crossing the street and heading to the subway. Charm boarded the car and found a nice seat next to the heater. Shivering, she looked around and saw only a few other people onboard with her.

A woman of average human height, walked towards the Avengers Tower with a business manner. Still confused as to why she was chosen for this assignment, she had no choice but to agree to it. Charm entered the grand building and greeted the woman at the front desk, before taking the private elevator to her destination. “I’m not a psychiatrist, I’m a magic consultant. And what good would I do anyway? This is completely and utterly pointless. Just because Loki would be the perfect candidate to help Dr. Strange and myself, doesn’t mean I have to take time out of my busy schedule to assess his mindset to see if he’s ready to take on such a task. But apparently what Director Fury wants, Director Fury gets. He’ll even blackmail and threaten you to get you to cooperate. And why isn’t this elevator going faster?” It wasn’t Loki she was upset with, it was the fact that Nick Fury wouldn’t stop using a piece of incriminating evidence that could spell the end of her freedom to force her to do this recruiting assignment. So after finishing her rant, the ding of the elevator informed Charm she finally reached her desired destination. She dusted off her slacks and fixed her nice blue shirt, before walking towards the very person she was seeking, with a click of her navy high heels and a smile on her face. After all everyone deserved a second chance.
