going from building muscle to ⭐ ving is hard :/
i hope to keep some muscle, so my goal is at least 100 push-ups & 100 squats a day.
My only meal today is breakfast: egg whites and turkey ✨

<3 i've been gone awhile recovering from my ED, trying to eat more and go to the gym consistently.
but as autumn approaches i can't help but think back to this time last year---when I was at a lovely low weight, feeling tiny in all my clothes, saving money on all the groceries that I didn't need.
do i want it to get bad again?
no...and yes.
