Does me having corvo be mute for a portion of his life make it difficult in a way that's undesirable to interact with him?

I mean I know him being mute wasn’t Canon when I made the decision. I just found it interesting and having a character that uses sign language isn’t something you see often. Feel free to drop me an Anon if you don’t feel comfortable giving me your opinion??
