Ok so I just finished watching the second season of ROTTMNT and I've already watched the movie more times than I can count but like- what is the extent of Donnie's mystic tech? Can he just make whatever he wants? If he has the ability to create whatever, why waste time on non mystic tech?

Currently I'm writing a fic and I'm already starting to visualize a second part, if you will, and Donnie is kinda a big part of it sooo like-

I was really bored on how I drew Donnie since I just replicated the show and it didn't fit with my style so I just changed a couple things about his design so he'd be more fun to draw. :) Also it was a crime to take away those glasses and I stand by that.
