I love the lord of the rings but the books are a fucking menace my GOD

I read them for the first time last year and i struggled quite a bit, it was difficult.

But it might also be something wrong with me, i genuinely feel I have undiagnosed adhd

Umm they're unbearable but also really fun, I'd say read the books first and then watch the movies.

Also I did the same thing, hadn't read the books or watched the movies but I loved lotr memes.

It's fun for me to look for scenes I've seen in memes before.

I tried looking for em on cap-that, which is where I find most screencaps I need but the bloody website doesn't have what I need

My need being a screencap of the scene where holmes is found by the chambermaid butt naked with a very lucky pillow over his crotch.

Unpopular opinion: Watson's a shitty narrator

Don't get me wrong, his cluelessness is adorable but I don't feel like reading PARAGRAPHS UPON PARAGRAPHS of USELESS info and details on the scenery/room/crime scene that has NOTHING to do with how Holmes solved the mystery 😭

Like, in the stories where Sherlock Holmes narrated the stuff going on, I could actually have fun guessing along with him and he doesn't spend too much time describing unnecessary details like Watson does 🥲
