When we talk about the Paleo-Hebrew Leviticus Scroll, it is typically an ancient text well-preservedin one of the Qumran groups of caves. The Leviticus Scroll (11Q1 Plate 1039/3) includes the last several chapters of the Book of Leviticus, specifically Leviticus 22-27. When it comes to the original scroll, it dates back to a time between late 2nd-century BCE to early 1st-century B.C.E and other place its writing in the 1st-century CE.

As we mentioned above that this scroll was written in paleo-Hebrewwhich is a form of ancient Hebrew script. You should know that the original scroll was finished from goatskin with the text engraved on the grain side of the skin. Talking about the written pattern of the text in this scroll, it is simply indicated that it was written by a single experienced scribe.
