The massive serpent that was Crowley panted like a winded racehorse, unable to calm down as his body twisted in agony miles into the black abyss. Tears streamed through his paving-stone sized scales, each rivulet finding its own meandering way to Crowleys open mouth and down a mammoth-tusk fang. Aziraphale felt crushed by the overwhelming fear constricting his constrictor. It spilled off the Demon like scalding steam, burning the atmosphere until even the Angel felt anxious sweat on the back of his corporations neck.
"Oh, Crowley..."
Aziraphale muttered as his feet left the ground. With a hiss of stale air on soft feathers, the Angel was airborne. Ignoring the writhing mountains of muscle and scale pinning him on all sides, Aziraphale fluttered to a stop inches from his friends snout and placed his palms against the cool edge of his upper lip. In an instant Crowley's frantic thrashing stilled, his tongue curling uncomfortably towards his throat as the taste of holiness singed it.
"Shhh, see. It's alright Dearest. I'm here. Nothing is going to hurt you."
And the Angel meant every word.

Good Omens fandom is this song a staple on your fandom Playlists? Not only is it about an Angel and Demon falling in love and being morally dubious it actually includes the phrase pear-shaped. I never see it mentioned and I gotta know.

Everybody making Demon Aziraphales for fun, profit and reverse AU's so here's mine. He's a Chinchilla, world's softest animal = softest demon. He's also a chinchilla that dresses exactly like Edward Gorey with his big coats.
