Hey Emma! This is for the anon bestie asking why people are saying F2 is currently more interesting. It mostly has to do with the fact that there currently isn't a dominant team/driver in F2. There's been a different winner race (excluding the first race in Bahrain where Zane Maloney won both sprint races). F2 (like Indycar and NASCAR) is a series where everyone has the same engine (spec engine) and you build your car around it. So there's no one team that can figure out the engine regs better than another team and push ahead of the pack. There's many reasons why F1 isn't interesting this year (and maybe the last 2-3 years previously) and yes maybe the Red Bull dominance is a factor for some but it sure as hell isn't the only reason. But its the reason most people are leaning on because its the easiest thing to complain about if Max is winning every race. Hope this helps a little <3

just in terms of like tobacco sponsorship is now banned in f1, and even though it obviously wouldn't say marlboro, it would hark back to those days and implicitly promote that brand? again, it wouldn't be purposeful, but the connotations of that brand with that livery are soooooooooo famous that people would automatically make the connection

I am confused by the ableist accusations. Like Lance Stroll has never even said he’s autistic, has he? People on tumblr have just decided he is and now any criticism of him is ableist? I don’t get it

there are a lot of comments on tiktok and instagram calling lance the r-slur which is ableist yes. my gripe often comes where people are like "danny ric fans are ableist." like bestie where is ur proof instagram user user38593 with a blank profile pic is a danny ric fan? but fuck yes call that language out and shame it because it's not acceptable and whether or not lance is or isnt, that should never be used derogatorily. that word doesnt need to exist in this day and age. so i get it. there are definitely issues with people just attaching labels because they saw one other person use it and so wanna jump on that train but honestly dont have the time or effort to get into my issues with that x

So of course I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I was like this is a teenager, they’re uninformed. Nah, that’s a whole 27 year old. How can you be 27 years old and have the critical thinking skills of a pea.

yeah i laughed at their post and blocked them swiftly yesterday. blocked quite a few people yesterday. people just love to use big words and get brave in the tags dont they. hope they all had fun with the minuscule attention it gave them for 2 hrs.

hm idk. honestly it could just be the car. and idk where to get reaction speed data from. but i do think it's always been one of his weaknesses, especially when he's starting from further back. maybe he just cant see the green light (jk). mean i can only go on what we see, but havent seen him do any pre race reaction speed stuff or anything like that in a long time? but idk im not a performance coach or anything like that so i cant say.

honestly no. if yuki had let daniel through in bahrain on the softs we might have seen some magic. yesterday, i truly think that strategy would have worked out quite well in all honesty? but on some occasions, yes, they've fucked up. starting on the mediums in japan was one of those. but daniels admitted he wanted to be on the medium...it's a fine balancing act and honestly it must be such a pressurised situation and not everyone can be hannah schmitz
