How can you observe Social, Ethical, and Legal Responsibilities in the use of technology tool and resources?

In our everyday lives we use it, we maybe unaware but we're there ones who actually do it on a daily basis we can observe this when we buy something from the internet, we first check if the product has a good rating from the feedback given by the customers, that is an example of our social responsibilities since we are socially interacting with the people on the internet so that we the buyers can know if the product is worth it. It also shows our legal responsibilities since we can't just go in the comments and say that the product is bad without even having to examine and try it first.
