I’m sorry if I ever made choosing to walk with God look easy because it isn’t. Yes, there’s abundance and many great things in the kingdom, but be careful of coming into this thinking you’re here to get as much as you can out of God, because he’ll most likely take from you all that you love before he gives you what you need.

I watched a video on TikTok about a woman speaking about how difficult it is to walk in faith because she barely knows what her next step in life is. To others it makes her look silly or unserious when asked, what are you doing in life, what’s your plan for the future or if shes dating, etc… and all she wants to respond back is, “Ask Jesus, because he won’t tell me.”

That is so relatable because not knowing Gods plan and just trusting you’re on the right path is hard work. Being willing to look like an idiot because you believe in something no one sees, will take you further than any human being can imagine but it all takes time, trust, patience and obedience.

I keep compromising the truth just to fit in, but in the end it’s only disappointing God and misleading his people. I have to stand ten toes down on his word because the truth is a tough pill to swallow and it WILL offend others.
