Possible warning from a time traveller spotted in a listicle about "creepy notes." Guess they'll find out if it's legit next year.

Fifteen years later, Glastonbury once again took place under ideal weather and was crashed by another mysterious figure.
Tumblr media
During Franz Ferdinand's performance of ‘Take Me Out’ at Glastonbury 2025, an unknown man joined the band on stage. The man in question bears close resemblance to both the janitor of Coal Hill Academy (formerly Coal Hill High School) and a lecturer at St Luke's University. Rumour has it that said lecturer (Dr. John Disco) had taught at St Luke's for seventy years, never aging in the time that he was employed there. Dr Disco's time at the university significantly overlaps with his time at Coal Hill, with the two appearing identical.

This may be another example of "the Doctor," a name attached to multiple figures who appear throughout history and are often in some way connected to the blue box phenomenon.

Glastonbury 2010, the first Glastonbury not to be rained out since 2002, was crashed by a strange figure who joined Orbital on stage for the final musical performance of the festival.
The mysterious man appeared on stage seemingly quite surprised to have made it in time for the final performance. He roused the crowd, said something about "timey-wimey" business, and joined the band Orbital for their performance of 'Doctor?', perhaps one of their stranger arrangements. For the most part, the man's appearance matches that of one of the agents known as "the Doctor."

A gentleman returns to a restaurant he has frequented for decades only to find its entire history has been changed. Time shifted around him. Even the staff and their homes have been retconned! Bizarre!

I grew up watching classic cartoons like Looney Tunes, Felix the Cat, and Woody Woodpecker. I never grew out of that, though eventually I gained an interest in the paranormal as well, in my teens.
The two interests really came together when I came upon an urban legend related to the Mr. Ring-a-Ding cartoons. The rumour starts off believable enough, turns into something that sounds like a Creepypasta, and ends in a completely bonkers way. But... I believe it.
So, the crux of the rumour is that the cartoon 'Mr. Ring-a-Ding Goes To Town' (Dawn Animation House, 1935) has an alternate ending that was mistakenly shown once in 1952 before it was lost forever.
During a late night screening of the show at the Palazzo in Miami, Florida, a small audience of just fifteen people witnessed an alternate version of the cartoon. When the titular Mr. Ring-a-Ding introduces himself to Sunshine Sally, instead of his usual lines, he goes on to talk about his preference for the cold moonlight before starting up a fourth wall breaking conversation with the audience. This illusion where the animated character was able to interact with the audience caused a mass panic in the theatre.
Now, as strange as it sounds, animated characters interacting with live actors wasn't new technology in the 50's. 'Gertie the Dinosaur' (1914) featured a live actor and a cartoon diplodocus performing for the audience. However, while this could have been mere film trickery, a very clever illusion, it gets much stranger.
One moment the audience were watching this bizarre late-night cartoon, the next there was a hole in the theatre wall and they were walking out into daylight. For all the rest of the world, an audience of fifteen people vanished from the movie theatre. None of them noticed the passage of time, having apparently been projected three months forward in time.
If that's not strange enough, the day the audience returned, the theatre experienced a catastrophic explosion in the film library, killing the projectionist and presumably burning the alternate ending to Mr. Ring-a-Ding Goes To Town. Outside the theatre, several people reportedly witnessed a gigantic vision of Mr. Ring-a-Ding hovering over the theatre.
This story sounds absolutely mad, doesn't it? Except there are police records for the missing people. The fire, the projectionist's death, the police investigation - all recorded. That's not what makes me believe the story, though. What makes me believe it, and what got me started with this whole blog, is that several witnesses claim to have seen a large, blue box with "police" written on it, vanish from the sidewalk before their very eyes.
That blue box appears in so many strange places throughout history, always around events like these. I'm going to chase that box. Every report, every sighting, every mystery - because it shows that this boring old world is actually much madder, much weirder, and much more amazing than you ever thought. Some think it's a harbinger, I think it's the hope that follow's in the wake of disaster.

Yeah, yeah.
Look, I'll admit UNIT's newfound transparency raises questions.
After a long history of covering up the paranormal, why are they now being so open about it? Are they hiding something else? Or is it all a misdirection? Those are obvious questions. You're not smarter than everyone for thinking of them.
What nobody seems to want to consider, is that both scenarios are true.
That UNIT sometimes covers up the paranormal, and is sometimes open about it.
The threats do exist. What they're hiding are the threats that they believe humanity as a whole just could not cope with. I don't think for a minute they're manufacturing threats just to make you feel scared, or for profit, or for anything so stupid. They're a government agency. They're answerable to the government. They're answerable to the UN. They're not going to raise mass panic just to make some dosh. If anything, it serves them better to keep people calm and docile. To hide what threats they can, so people don't flip out and start rioting in the streets. But sometimes, there's a threat so great, we need to know about it.
I don't like a government agency deciding for me what I do or do not need to know. That is fascism. That is censorship. That's the nanny state.
But I do not, at all, believe UNIT has ever raised a false flag.
There are no crisis actors.
The only people trying to mislead you are the podcasters selling you $40 hats with their logo on them.

We will not be posting about <Think_Tank>'s Blue Box claims. We will not be reporting their supposed UNIT leaks. Stop asking. We do not consider Think Tank reliable at all. They're fear-mongers.
Yes, #UNITlies but not in the way Think Tank is claiming. The threats are real. The only lies you'll hear from UNIT are the cover-ups hiding just how vulnerable we are to attack from things from beyond what we consider to be normal.
The complete lack of nuance from idiots like Conrad Clark should make it very clear they have no idea what they're talking about. Nothing is purely evil or purely good. The "truth" about UNIT is in fact very grey.

The fringe Parasitic Encephalization Theory claims our nervous system is a parasite that took over the body of the earliest vertebrate ancestor. It captures 20% of the body's resources, while staying separate from the blood and being considered unique by the immune system.
While very few defend this theory, one fact supports it: If the body dies while the skull is open, the brain and spinal cord sometimes detach and briefly flail outside, in what could perhaps be an ancient host-seeking reflex.

Do Cybertrucks really explode?
Or are the claims of fires covering up something somehow more nefarious?
A car marketed as more eco-friendly, designed by a self-professed genius, who leads a cult of geeks? Could this be the return of the ATMOS disaster?
By the late 00's, every car was fitted with the "ATMOS" system as standard. Short for Atmospheric Omission System, the system was invented by child genius Luke Rattigan, and was supposedly capable of reducing CO2 emissions to 0 and could be installed in any land vehicle. However, a global disaster occurred when every ATMOS-enabled vehicle around the world suddenly vented massive amounts of toxic gasses, simultaneously, culminating in a literally exospheric explosion.
Could Elon Musk be the next Luke Rattigan? Are we going to wait for every electric vehicle to simultaneously explode before anybody does anything?
Luke disappeared after the incident, and his assets were seized by UNIT. The AI search engine, Fountain Six, that he invented was soon superseded by VOR. Follow the money.

I'm haunted by the image of his face melting.
Even after all this time, I'm still amazed that people don't talk more about the time award-winning journalist Rani Chandra melted the British Prime Minister live on Blue Peter.

This photo comes from Ji Mii in the UK, and appears to depict a reptillian humanoid caught on film on Newport Bridge.
Real or fake?
This isn't the first time reptilians have been sighted prowling the waterside in the UK... Keep your eyes open, box chasers!

The user's account has been terminated and the video has disappeared along with it, but I remember something else odd being spotted at Caernarfon Castle once, back in 2011.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Witness Captures Video of a UFO Hovering Over Wales’s Caernarfon Castle.
While visiting Caernarfon Castle in Northern Wales, a man named Owain Powell captured this video of a saucer shaped craft hovering above the famous landmark. Towards the end of the clip, the object begins to descend and eventually disappears from view behind the castle.
It’s been theorized that the object could’ve been a drone, or even a bird. Judging from it’s behavior, this could very well have been a drone. With that being said, it’s still ultimately unclear just what exactly this was. What do you think? Does this video show an actual alien aircraft? Or might it simply have been a drone?

Castle House
Brumley, Missouri
In 1812, with various buildings on the property, the current home wasn’t built until around 1850 by Dr. Walter Dixon. This was when it was called the Castle House due to its unusual style.
One Saturday, Mrs. Dixon was preparing for her a large party but passed away before her guests arrived. Her husband found her body at the head of the stairs. In 1862, Union troops camped near the house. After Confederate troops attacked, a truce was called, and injured soldiers from both sides were brought to the Castle House for treatment. Later it was sold to Dr. Myron D. Jones in 1912. He also had his office in the house. In 1918, when the flu pandemic hit Brumley, he put tents in the yard to house the hundreds of sick patients.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Multiple reports of a woman in an old fashioned party dress lingering at the top of the stair have been reported. There have been reports of disembodied screams on the second floor as well.  There was a field hospital set up on the south side of the house. It is said that there are at least 20 known graves on the property, which are thought to be casualties from this skirmish. The rest could be the victims of the flu epidemic. Most are unmarked, found by cadaver dogs.
Beginning in 2013, Castle House was restored with the intent to run it as a bed and breakfast until the paranormal activity began. The Castle House is for sale, Can be yours for $119,900 dubbed the most haunted house in the midwest.
