I don’t talk about him much but good God-diddly-damn, Austria is such a funny character. Especially in the dub. You can tell his English VA was having a blast the whole time he was voicing him. Moments like:

“Are you vanting my SAUSAGE?”

“Because of that DEMON DOUCHE, Prussia…”

“Oooh, someone needs a SPANKING…”

Every one a one hit kill. I don’t know, man. The dub has its haters but this kind of stuff means it will be pure gold to me til the end of my days. 😂

It's been 500 years but I'm still attached to the idea of Roderich finally snapping after Gilbert pokes and prods him for being a sissy layabout often enough and then challenges him to a sports duel. Sports being Roderich's choice because he's so very capable of pretending to be disadvantaged when tricking people into signing deals he wants them to sign like that.

And then the sports he chose is Alpine Skiing.

Whereas Roderich proceeds to wipe the floor with Gilbert's face. Four times. And stomps his ass underground twice while he's at it. All the time acting like the most smug ass rat bastard insufferable winner in existence.

Yes, this is a PruAus post because I think Gilbert would be going dokidoki omg be still my heart at Roderich being a terrible asshole for him, Gilbert has awful tastes.
