The boy dry heaved at the idea. His lip trembling. He wanted to run. But he wasn’t a coward. He was a hero now and he had to so the right thing. “You- you’ll eat more if I don’t….”

"But I.. don't eat people. I just.. eat meat or.. or cats. They don't.. taste the same as people but.. uh.. it's better this way."

"I have a.. line?" He tilted his head a bit. "Oh. Are you.. uh.. are you gonna.. kill me now?"

Jason took aim and let a batarang sink into the other’s shoulder hoping it was big enough to pin him in place. “Takes a lot of skill to go up against me- really think you’ve got that?” He was fighting back the panic from his voice. Did he really have it in him to kill, even if it was a ….zombie?

Wally struggled a bit at first, then stopped and stared at Jason. "What.. what line?" He motioned to his shoulder. "You.. you dropped your.. uh.. batblade."

Blinking, he looked to his shoulder. "Ow?" He tugged slightly at the batarang, not able to move it. "I.. I think you dropped something."

He watched, and followed the other staying well above him and out of sight as possible. Jason knew he needed to get help but he didn’t want to risk losing sight of the…zombie.
