I am not going to lie to you, this is not the healthiest recipe by any stretch of the imagination.  But when you have friend coming to visit who loves the wonder that is Nutella almost as much as you do, it’s ok to indulge!

INGREDIENTS:

2-3 scoops Mackie’s Vanilla Ice Cream

2 tbs Nutella

2 tbs Meridian Smooth Peanut Butter (100% peanuts)

1/2 tbs Naturya Organic Cocoa Nibs

It has been a tough day but I am determined to get this recipe up. Firstly, my laptop keyboard stopped working yesterday and I’ve had to transfer all my photos for this post on to my iPad! Secondly, an old back injury has flared up making it very difficult to sit at my desk to write, or sit at all for that matter! :(
