this is so random what’s your fav one tree hill ship and why?

Team Naley as always.

One for their chemistry but another for how they grow with each other from seasons 1-9 their love story is just beautiful to me. Yes, they had plenty of struggles and issues throughout the 9 year run but they never gave up on each other. Nathan and Haley continued to grow together while fighting with or for one another. Nathan really broke generational curses in how he loved Haley and his family. Haley found her own sense of belonging and place in the world with Nathan/her family + her own career. Haley just wasn’t tutor girl and she certainly was more than Lucas friend or Nathan’s partner.

plus i just love how they got married and didn’t tell anybody 💀. It’s so chaotic but very sweet. Like they got married and had a baby all in the span of 2 seasons chaos but it worked for them. Anyways look at how cute they are okay i could talk about them all the time.

Haven't seen this yet but I, a straight woman, have been waiting for the LGBTQ+ community to get their sappy romance com renaissance for a long time and I am so thrilled that it is arriving.

Watching the Red White and Royal Blue movie and god it is just so refreshing to have two adult men fall in love and have the stereotypically fairy tale romantic affair like a politically charged hallmark movie

Like absolutely nothing against teen queer coming of age stories, I adore them and they’re so important but it’s just so nice to have adults falling in love, adults with plans and motivations but still figuring things out a little, real actual adults with hobbies and passions and accomplishments, getting to just be queer and in love and they are the main characters within their own lives

And they’re in a rom-com, a full on rom-com with the cheesiness and the drama and the sweet, fluffy romance where everything is resolved in the end and it’s queer. It never shies away from the queerness, they make out, they have sex, they gaze lovingly into each other’s eyes, they make silly jokes and get to adore each other

It’s so refreshing, it’s so nice to have this type of story, this story for the adult queers, a comfort film like to Mamma Mia, that’s full of heart and enjoyment and fun, with queerness at the forefront

The PoTC villain's motives to me are so funny. Because most of the villains are evil because of revenge, wanting to get rid of a curse, people betraying them, or just wanting to escape fate, but then we have a short tea-obsessed EITC British person who wants more money and to ruin some people's lives. Also according to just numbers, Cutler Beckett has committed the most amount of different crimes out of any other villain in the PoTC series while being the one to work for the king. thanks for listening to my ted-talk and keep on drinking water my friends.
