Day one done 馃挭馃徏
First gym session of the new regime complete! Food intake was a bit rubbish, but one thing at a time! Did 1.5 hours of full body cardio. Feel a tad sore but worth it. And I ordered my tape measure so I can do some metrics when it arrives 馃憣馃徏

This week's goal
I've got three goals I want to hit this week: 1. Hit the gym 5 times to start embedding a good routine 2. Start recording some metrics so I can log my progress 3. Take that first body shot I've been dreading! It's gotta be done!

Time to commit
After years of failing to achieve that dream body I've always wanted, I've decided that committing to a blog updating my progress may just be the kick start I need to finally get where I want to be. This way I'll feel accountable to anyone (someone?!) who follows my blog, keeping me on track and documenting any success I have. It'll be a long journey but worth the effort. Can't wait to start!
