Went out today. Just waiting for my taxi home from physiotherapy and podiatry appointments. But my health is good. My HbA1c was 70 and now it's 52. So that's such an improvement. My liver function is normal and doctors said to keep doing what I have done at the gym, physio etc. Getting type2 diabetes has taught me one thing. Stay positive when think it's negatively impossible to be fit and losing weight. I'm pushing 30 next year and I can only promise to do my best than most have tried for decades since their diagnosis. Look at this. Dad used the pasta sheets my Sisnlaw gave him, wrapped 1 1/2 indian chicken sausages in it with chick peas and Italian tomatoes and other bits. It's rly spicy hot.
