“What happens after we die?” idk but surprise me
Madge knew it was fatalistic, but these days all she could think about was what happened after all of this was over. She was under no illusion that it would be a peaceful end running around the fields with a family, she knew that it would be ashes and gunfire and God knows what else like it had been before. The Capitol wouldn’t lose. Citizens could resist and resist, could follow Katniss into the depths of war if it went that far, but they weren’t equipped. They would be blasted down no sooner than they’d come out.
So, laying with the dry grass spiking her skin, Gale’s fingers intertwined with her own, Madge asked what he thought was next.
“Dark question,” he muttered, turning slightly to look at her face. It was stoic, barely showing emotion. Madge had become so resigned to her fate, she couldn’t bring herself to feel bad when she prepared herself for it.
“If you ask me,” she began, “then Heaven is pure white. I’ll get to wear all the pretty things I want to, everyone will be at peace. Society is totally flat, and you never have to see anyone you don’t want to. I’m still beautiful and young, you’ve still got your boyish good looks.”
The blonde tilted her head towards Gale and sighed. It was just so bleak. There wasn’t a future where she saw wrinkles on Gale’s face or her hair in a whispy grey. She’d still be youthful and so would he.
Gale cleared his throat and brushed her cheek, “I kind of feel the same, but we’re not going anywhere for a while. You’ll be tucked up in a rocking chair with a bun like Sal has on your head, watching everything go by. Smiling, like you did when I’d bring you strawberries.” He kissed her nose gently and smiled as he pulled back, meeting her eyes, “And I’d always have a basket full of strawberries for you.”

one of my muses and one of your muses that you can’t see together canonically and why (any universe)
I really don’t know how we landed with canon Seb/Marley, honestly. I feel like the AUs we have with them really work, but in canon I just can’t picture them meshing. Both of them seem to go for people very different in the series, so seeing them end up with each other is just very strange to me

all verses: (literally i want an intricate response) — tell me how you would headcanon how/when/why/what/where all our ships consummated their relationships (if they did), how’d it go and how If affected them following
under the cut for length
beast
Happens as in canon.
Sleeping with Pascal was the little bit of rebellion Moll had been craving for weeks. After they’ve slept together she really feels a pull towards him, and away from her family’s suffocating perfectionism. It’s escapism, so naturally she keeps going back for more. All the suspicion around him doesn’t really affect her at first because she just wants that out. It’s really the trigger point for all the confusion and doubt to subside and just make her really feelfor him.
big little lies
Sixth date. They’ve had an expensive dinner, shared some expensive wine, teased each other with little snippets of their sex life. They both know that the nightcap at Celeste’s is an excuse to get Perry back to her place, and he’s happy to oblige. Celeste definitely takes the initiative, but once they’re upstairs and the clothes are off they’re equals. Most of the first times you read in this super long post will be gentle or one sided or bland, but not Perry and Celeste. Their first time is passionate and rough, hard and fast, leaving both parties satisfied. The sex isn’t just good, it’s great. They’ve clicked on all their dates, but this definitely lets them know that they have a real connection. The first time that night is one of many which definitely kept her downstairs neighbours awake into the small hours.
Celeste makes breakfast for them both the next morning. They have sweet coffee conversation over the table, and as soon as the meal’s over they’re on top of it. Just as we see them in the established canon period, they can’t keep their hands off each other. The seriousness of their relationship builds from there – telling people it’s a thing, a city break, meeting family, and all that jazz. The control definitely doesn’t bleed into the relationship for a while, it’s still just fun in the bedroom and it’s something that changes hands a lot. They really explore that side of each other when they’re alone and like having someone else who really knows how to satisfy that need.
brooklyn
Eilis is cautious, so it really takes a lot of soul searching for her to be ready for this. Jim doesn’t put pressure on her – he wants it to be special and there’s no point rushing her if he wants to make her feel good about it. She’s made the decision to leave Tony and stay in Ireland. She’s written letters and called him. The idea of moving back was once all that got her through being home, but now it’s just filled with shame for being so quick to fall.
The actual sex is nothing special, but Jim’s made her feel like the centre of the universe and that’s what matters. Eilis resists crying after – that internal conflict about being back in Ireland and being with Jim have come to a conclusion and it dawns on her that she’s made her choice. She has to stand by it now.
I think this brings back up the feelings she thought she had buried – the shame and guilt for leaving Tony and exposing all of it to her community. Jim is probably conscious of it himself, but definitely moves on easier. He knows she probably got swept up being alone in a big city and that she really loves him. Whatever people say, he’s happy to be with her fully now.
canon (sebastian/marley)
(have struggled with this for ages, I honestly don’t know how they connect)
canon (quinn/biff)
Quinn is quite cautious around sex. She’s had her heart broken a few times and isn’t willing to let it happen again. So it takes some time before she tells Biff she’s ready. They’ve been intimate before, so neither of them are particularly worried that it won’t work out or anything, but they do want to make this feel right. Biff is definitely the considerate type in that regard, making sure she leads on the location and if they drink before and everything. He’s got protection ready, they’ve talked it all over.
As first times in relationships go, theirs is pretty good. They’re both experienced, and despite what may seem like refined and repressed exteriors to many, they know how to let loose and have a good time.
After, it’s definitely a case of discussing those big next steps. As much as both of them have had throw-away partners, they do take sex seriously, particularly in the context of something with long term potential. So they decide what to do next – when to introduce to parents, what that will mean. Both of them are excited to take those next steps with each other, and their first time is something which builds on a healthy foundation to their relationship.
high school gadge
Both of them are really nervous. They’ve been seeing each other for a couple of months by the time they sleep together, and there’s been a lot of build-up – internal struggles, friends pestering them, parents warning against it. But things feel right and they decide, on a night that Madge has no parents in the house, to take that step. She’s laid out the room nicely with candles and fresh bed sheets. Gale’s kind of in awe of how clean and delicate the place looks.
They go slowly, warming up to each other and the idea a bit before they do anything major. There’s lots of kissing and squeezing – tender reassurances that it’s all going okay. It’s a little uncomfortable and awkward at first, but they get over it. Because of all the build up and the connection they have, it goes so well and they both finish thinking that it was the right call. No regrets.
They’re not big braggers, so they continue to the outside world as if nothing has happened or changed. But with each other, this is definitely something that brings them closer together and gives them a new ease around each other. They’ve been let in, so it’s going to be easier from this point to open up about other things. A newfound intimacy blossoms and they truly are inseparable.
modern gadge
I am a big advocate of this all going down as a drunk hook up. They’ve pushed back their feelings for ages, but one night when they’re hanging out with all their friends, the alcohol loosens them up and they go for it. Gale’s bedroom is a total mess and his roommates are on the verge of putting in a noise complaint. They’re both very passionate people, and I can really see that coming through when they’re uninhibited and finally letting their feelings show. In reference to the second part of this ask, it goes very well.
After, I think this makes them confront the elephant in the room a little. They have a talk, open up about how much they’ve been pushing down and decide to give dating a try. It gets raised with their friends, and both of them play it down a bit to give themselves the time to get to know each other over their dates. It’s certainly different afterwards, but both of them are just glad it kicked things off.
picture perfect
The tension had been building for months. Glances at dinner parties, smiles across fences, touches when no one was looking. They decide to take a risk and kiss when Quinn and Sam are outside with glasses of lemonade on a hot summer day, and all it does is leave them wanting more. Obviously, they have to be subtle about it, so they try to avoid doing anything suggestive where they can’t be caught. An autumn day comes along, and Sebastian skips the first train into the city. Sam’s gone from the house, so when Seb knocks on the door and asks her to meet him at a motel a town over, Marley’s on the phone as soon as she can be to a sitter.
The hotel room doesn’t scream class, but neither does what they do. For the first time in a while, Marley knows what pleasure really is. Sebastian gets that break he’s been craving from his unhappy marriage and monotonous job at long last. It’s the right moment for them, but as soon as it’s over the reality of what they’ve done hits.
They’re hasty about getting away, careful to fit the smudges of make up on Seb’s skin and the subtle ladder in Marley’s stockings. All Marley wants to do is avoid the sight of him for a while, at least until the memory fades and she knows her temptation won’t make her do something that could ruin her marriage. But he’s on her mind all the time. Sebastian similarly craves that release once again, so find himself making all those subtle moves he did before to entice her back. They both know it’s wrong, but they have to find a way to make it work.
parenting
Marley definitely uses sex with Sebastian to bring him closer. She’s nervous in their relationship, eager to please and so in love with him. In her mind, sleeping with him puts them past casual dating or friendship.
Given her mental health issues, she builds herself up a lot to the idea of showing off her body or letting someone in so much. The lights are off around them and she tries to push talk away from the ‘you’re so hot’ and keep it to praising her abilities. Cosmo has definitely been her friend, because the compliments come thick and fast.
Partially, the plan works. Seb is open to having ‘the talk’ and making things more official. But Marley is left with the sinking feeling that sex was the reason he had held back. It begins an unhealthy connection to intimacy for Marley.
pride and prejudice
(I actually wanted to do research into the period for this to make it accurate so I’ll cover the when/how bit of this at another point)
For what is a momentary connection, I can see this really confusing them. It was supposed to be a convenience marriage. They don’t like each other – in fact, they probably loathe each other. But something clicks when they’re consummating the marriage and it feels right in some weird way. Quinn is definitely thankful that the man she’s tied to forever is more gentle than the stories she had heard from her friends of their husbands. She can be thankful that they connect on at least one level and she’s not stuck in something totally loveless and dull.
The weight of expectation does dawn on them both the next day. They have to keep this up and produce an heir. It can’t just be as and when they don’t particularly hate each other. This plays on Quinn’s mind for a while. It’s not really for them, none of it is, so she resigns herself to a little detachment to make it more bearable.
revolutionary road
Their wedding night. The hotel room at their country club reception. Quinn has the most delicate and beautiful bridal underwear on. Biff can’t get over how lucky he is to have her. The shame Quinn always associated with getting close to Biff has disappeared and been replaced with a confidence she didn’t really know was in her.
The sex isn’t jaw dropping the first time, but certainly they get into a rhythm the second time around and no one is left wholly dissatisfied. The room looks a mess when they’re done – they’ve travelled and thrown off clothing and knocked over the bed phone.
That night really develops the passion between them – they can’t keep their hands off of each other on the honeymoon and they become that couple that’s still gushy years after they’re married.
riverdale
Jason books out a motel room – they’d never get away with sleeping together in their own homes under the ever-present watchful eyes of their parents. He goes over after school to make it look a little tidier, place a few strategic candles to distract from the fact he’s only had a limited amount of funds to make this work. Polly had told him on their fifth date a week or so earlier that she was ready, so he leapt at the chance to make this right for them.
Polly is totally inexperienced, repressed and nervous. Jason has a few notches on his belt, which he hopes mean that he has enough knowledge to make her feel good. He’s what you could expect from a teenage boy, but Polly doesn’t really care because it’s Jason and they finally got over that last barrier.
After, Polly doesn’t stop pining and, frankly, neither can Jason. Even though he puts her name in the conquest book alongside all the one night stands and dubious incidents with his fellow football players, he thinks of it as something special. It elevates their relationship to another level – love, even, though they don’t know it yet – and they decide to slowly let the important people know it’s more than just a one-time thing.
serial killer
It doesn’t happen. I will not discuss this further.
strawberries and coal
The second games are well underway and it feels like they’re about to lose Katniss and Peeta for good. Neither Gale nor Madge want to be alone. They need each other there to lessen the pain even for a second. All the houses in the Victors Village have been broken into a million times, so what’s another? They find one far from the homes of their friends and settle on the slightly-dusty floor of the sitting room. There are tears, screams, tight hugs and soft touches. It’s a release, and some much needed vulnerability from Gale that puts Madge at ease that he really, truly, trusts her. She kisses him, he kisses back, not tentatively like before but with this real passion that neither of them truly understand.
Madge hadn’t spent much time thinking about what her first time would be like, nor sex all that much. Gale is gentle and guides her through it, making sure he doesn’t just get off and leave her thinking that that was his only game. He wants it to be as special as anything could be in their shitty district during these shitty times. That little glimmer of hope that maybe not everything here has to end in tragedy. After it all, they both believe it – the hope is with one another. They lie together for a while post – Madge cries softly and Gale rubs her back to make sure she feels comfortable.
All of it makes them readjust their thinking about how much they mean to each other. Before, it was easy to ignore how much they needed to be together, but now there’s this closeness and understanding and they can’t really look past it. They definitely have ‘the talk’ and decide that maybe making things official might help put all the confusing feelings to rest.
two champs and a baby
once again, I am stuck
what do you want from me?
Sebastian actually cleans his bedroom. He steals some of the perfumed shit from the bathroom to get rid of the distinct smell of teenage boy and football uniform. He snags a bottle of wine from one of the older guys he hangs around with, filling the nice glasses from his grandparents with it for Marley. His mom is out of the house and he’s going to cook Marley dinner. He’s made a mixtape. He’s about to woo this girl into his bed, after all, they’ve been together for nearly nine months.
His culinary skills aren’t the reason she decides she’s finally ready. All the little hints about her not putting out had been playing on her mind for months, so much so that she’d convinced herself that her reserved nature had been an overreaction on her part. All the romance he’s pouring into this night helped her towards the conclusion that it would make things better for them to get more intimate. The slight buzz from the wine makes it easier.
Sebastian didn’t learn many lessons about mutual pleasure, but he makes sure Marley’s not uncomfortable at least. He doesn’t last all that long. There’s a clumbsiness about the whole encounter. Something any teenager would laugh at in their 20s and 30s. But they enjoy themselves and the closeness.
After the sex, things don’t really shift too much. It becomes something they do more regularly, but they’re still the same around school and with friends. Marley’s quite glad it didn’t change her like she’d feared – Sebastian was right, it wasn’t a big deal. What she misses is that Seb gets the upper hand for the first time.

One of your muses that you think you could be friends with in real life
I think, of all of my muses, I would probably be friends with Quinn. She’s quite direct and driven, so the type of person I typically surround myself with. She’s also got that creative side which I love and could definitely be a bonding point.

tell about ALL of our ships and their pets (if they have them)
Possibly a dog for Eilis and Jim in Brooklyn - probably a spaniel, he’d be well behaved and they would walk him through the lovely countryside they live in.
Quinn and Biff in RR would have a cat, it’s docile and doesn’t give them too much trouble.
In a D12 ending of S&C, I can see them keeping chickens for eggs. Anything else would probably be too expensive for them.
(I am not half-arsing this, I just don’t see many of our ships with pets)

“I didn’t ask for your company, you came along on your own.”
They had been spending every moment together now he was out of police custody. He couldn’t stop touching her, looking at her, kissing her. But suddenly she was in the wrong for joining him for celebratory drinks at the pub. Moll adjusted the strap of her dress and moved closer to Pascal as he paced in the small smoking area outside the building. “You don’t mean that,” she said quietly, placing her hand on his shoulder. The touch was tentative, the last thing she wanted was to cross the line that had been drawn without her knowledge.
His shoulder rolled and she let her had drop to her side. Moll didn’t know if she should expect an outburst or silence. He was so unpredictable. So unreadable. As he continued to put distance between them, Moll turned around and headed back inside. The door clattered shut behind her, and for a second she was tempted to look back and see if he had followed or even glanced her way. As she made her way through the crowds towards their table, she felt a tug at her waist, turning her around. He was stood there, still quiet, but inviting her back into his space. Her lips lifted into a soft smile as she closed the space between them. Her lips moved to his neck and it was back to normal. Back to them.

Which of your muses is the smartest?
I feel like it’s a choice between Celeste and Madge. Madge is an excellent student, decent head on her shoulders, but she misses the drive I imagine Celeste having as a young woman. Given her career success, Celeste is obviously an extremely qualified and intelligent woman. I think she lacks some of the grounding that comes through Madge’s life experiences.

tell me about celeste’s love life before perry
Celeste was certainly not averse to being someone’s girlfriend. Of course, she was her own woman, but she loved being the centre of someone’s affections. The small things they did for her to make her feel special were something she looked for in her far-away boarding school.
Her boyfriends always came from money. The boy she lost her virginity to in junior year was a diplomat’s son. They kicked his roommate out of his dorm on a weekend, slightly boozed up and definitely ready to break a few rules. It lasted until graduation where they made the practical decision that college was going to be a stretch for them and their relationship.
During college, she was less concerned with reputation. The man on her arm didn’t mean a lot to most of her classmates. She partied, kissed boys, dated boys, slept with boys. But it was all of little consequence to her. She wasn’t going to meet her husband in a club that served underaged kids, or in an Intro to Econ seminar, or hanging around campus drinking coffee. She had bigger fish to fry, boys were a distraction. No one truly serious came up during those four years. Celeste used boys when she wanted them, and she refused them when she didn’t.
Going into law school, she knew the type of men who would be there: the ones looking to save the world, the ones looking for power and the ones there to continue a legacy. She hung around with the men seeking power – those with dreams of Senate seats, judicial appointments, or their names on the doors of a firm. She could see herself with a guy like that. Someone who matched her ambition to succeed. In her first year, she dated Dominic Harper for about 8 months. He showered her in gifts, she showered him in affection. It was a fast and high relationship, not the type of thing to last but the type of thing that set her up.
Second year was flings. Ones from foreign holidays. Ones from bars. Celeste liked the control. Once it was over, she could go. Even the guys who begged her for second or third or fourth dates, she said no and they listened. She loved the taste of power it gave her. Once she was a qualified lawyer looking for a job she knew that wouldn’t be the case, so she relished in it while she could.
As finals came around she had a string of successful dates with Jonathan Kennedy. Things actually felt right with him, and they stayed together into their final year. She knew they would be busy, so it surprised her how much effort he put in to make it work even when they were studying for the bar. Feeling valued was so strange. She had been so distant from her parents during high school, had never connected with men in the same way. He humbled her – not a man from wealth like her previous flings, but working hard to get there. She felt like he took her down to earth like no one else had. They both bagged contracts in good firms – Celeste felt like she was on top of the world. Leaving school, they took the plunge and moved in together. She’d always lived with other women, so it was a culture shock how messy men left the kitchen. And the bedroom. And the sitting room. But she enjoyed making her way with him.
It was all peachy until her Christmas party the following year.  Her eyes wandered. A drink was purchased. One drunken kiss undid everything with the man who had grounded her and made he believe she could be worth something more than all the gifts and the dinners and the wine. She hated herself, hated so much to see Jon’s heart broken. Celeste moved out. Jon moved on.
Slowly, her career became her love. Her days of casual dating resumed, and there were plenty of people willing to wine and dine her. Though she was already pushing 30, she didn’t care. Her career was her everything, men were the entertainment. Over the few years until 31, the longest things lasted was a 5 month fling with a guy from the business division. Almost as soon as it was written on a HR form to be declared, he was ending things.
Nights out for cocktails slowly entertained her less. Those cosy nights in with a guy who truly cared about her felt like what she was longing for. The 30-something party girl wasn’t who she wanted to be. So she plodded through life, going for drinks here and there, not moaning when her friends set her up with guys where they worked. She was climbing the ranks and she was happy. ‘The One’ was all that was missing from the equation.

What’s a faceclaim you’d use for an 18 year old Alice Smythe and what do you imagine her as being like? How was her childhood? Does she have contact with Sebastian? What is your loose concept of how WDYWFM ends — and how does this affect their daughter?
FC: Anna Speckhart
Tumblr media
Her childhood isn’t great, but it’s not the worst. Marley wouldn’t ever let Seb hurt her, and Sebastian wouldn’t because he still feels this pull away from her. She hears a lot of what goes on, and she learns how to put on a face when Marley lies about why she’s bruised or bleeding. Marley tries hard to make her childhood happy, and she does a good job. She’s a doting mother, and Alice knows her mom is trying her best to unite a very unhappy household. But kids crave being the centre of attention (at least she did) and Marley can’t give her that. Sebastian takes up too much of her time.
I picture her as a pretty average student. She definitely doesn’t excel, but she keeps her head down for the most part and gets passing grades.
Alice isn’t one for bringing friends over to her house because she doesn’t want to show them how she lives, nor does she want her dad making a scene in front of them and giving away her family’s big secret. As she gets older, she spends a lot more time out, avoiding home. The feeling it gives her is dual - she feels free because she gets to be who she really wants to be, but she knows that having a daughter who’s out all hours and easy to lose track of probably isn’t making her mom’s life any easier at home.
I can see her being very resentful towards her parents, for different reasons obviously. She definitely resents Seb the most - he’s the reason they’re poor, he hurts her mother, he’s cold to her. She’s definitely bolder than Marley in her attitude towards him because he won’t react to her. As for Marley, I think she resents the fact that she’s not out of the relationship and forces her to live in that house. She understands that it’s not so easy, but I think she just wants her mom to put her first, given her whole life she’s been made to tip-toe around to stop her dad from flipping.
Her contact with Sebastian is minimal. He doesn’t really want to know and nor does she. Marley forces them all to eat dinner together, but that’s about all the time Alice or Sebastian can stand with each other. She wishes she could push through more for her mom but it’s just not that easy knowing a) that he couldn’t care less about his own daughter and b) he’s the reason her mother is so completely worn down. They don’t do things together just the two of them despite how much Marley tried to force that too. He’s not an involved parent to say the least.
As an ending… I honestly don’t think this could ever end in Marley leaving because she’s just so under Seb’s thumb. Eventually it would get so major that he ends up in prison again, probably after Alice has moved away to college or something. I think that could really damage her - knowing he never acted so badly when she was under the roof, but that it escalated when she left would leave her with a lot of guilt. I think that would really ruin all the forced interaction she did to placate Marley and she wouldn’t see her father again. Possibly a good time for her to connect with her grandmother and find out what her mother used to be like before Seb completely tore her away. But I think it’s an overriding sense of guilt and protectiveness over Marley that she can’t let go of.

verses in which one of our muses has stronger feelings than the other —
Brooklyn (Eilis is so conflicted that it gets in the way of her feelings for Jim)
Picture Perfect (Seb has been unhappy in his marriage for a long time but it’s a commitment thing as much as it’s a Quinn thing, Marley is just looking for someone with more passion and time for her and when she finds that she really lays it on thick)
Parenting (Marley does initially but when her mental health declines I really think Seb wants to save her and is kind of feeling more love than she is)
Two Champs and a Baby (but this is low-key, they are a hot mess)

What’s Madge’s favorite quality about Gale?
This absolutely has to be his loyalty. Once you have Gale on your side, he’s reluctant to leave you for a second. Madge has never felt that with her parents, and she always saw the way her father was divided between Capitol loyalty for his safety and an authentic loyalty to District 12. Gale doesn’t falter once he’s picked his people. And his loyalty to his family is something she really admires and craves. His loyalty to her is something that makes her feel so special and wanted, because she knows that if Gale is loyal to her, then he’ll stop at nothing to protect her.

I think this is probably Quinn in most of our verses. But I like the power this gives her over her own sexuality in most instances, because not “putting out” to most of her partners gives her the one up and the power.

“has anyone ever told you that you have a funny idea of romantic?” 🤷🏽‍♀️
Hearing the words from their therapist made her feel so uncomfortable. The volatility of her relationship with Perry had gone unacknowledged for so long. She had never spent so long thinking about all the faults and damage their relationship had. Analysing over and over the way he held her neck or the depth of each scratch was never something she had done. She’d always passed it off as nothing. Always excused his violent outbursts because of the sweet way he’d make up for it. To her, romance always came after the mask slipped. It had become an expectation while she recovered. Just another step in their messed-up routine.
“Not really,” Celeste remarked, laughing quietly as the idea passed through her head.
All anyone knew was Perry the romantic guy who couldn’t keep his hands off his wife, even after so many years of marriage. Perry the great dad, wooing all the other mothers by going above and beyond the minimum expectations they held of their own husbands. Perry the provider, always attending each occasion with the right bottle of wine, or a perfect gift for the hosts. Perfect, perfect Perry.
Celeste silently hoped this conversation would enter her mind next time he was forceful. Maybe, for even a second, she might question that illusion he had crafted over so many years. But she knew herself, and she knew how she would default to that view of him getting better when he turned up with flowers or played with the boys.
What could she say, she was a hopeless romantic.

“wait, let me get a picture!”
Jason had stopped so many times after they had got out of state to document the journey. Random roadside attractions, beautiful views, sunsets and more filled his camera roll. As the light dropped on another nameless stretch of highway, Polly mused to herself that the journey seemed to be endless. A few more minutes passed before Jason took an exit, seeing the glowing neon sign for a motel in the distance.
After parking, Polly was ready to get out, stretch her legs and check in. Nothing was comfortable about his old, cheap car. As she grabbed the handle for the door, Jason’s hand caught her shoulder.
“Wait, let me get a picture!” he said softly, pulling the phone from his jacket pocket.
A slight giggle escaped Polly’s lips. She turned her head back ever so slightly as Jason captured the moment. The light was dim and pink, perfectly lifting the walls of the motel out of their drab cream regularity into a gentle hue more likely seen in some hipster music video. Once the shot was taken, he leant over and stole a kiss.
This was their moment. He wanted to remember it forever.
