it's always "i don't judge !!" until a person is a therian or just nonhuman in general, their religion is something they don't agree with or don't see as a "real or valid" religion [like satanism or autotheism], they identify with xenogenders and use "weird" pronouns, they have a "cringy" style like emo, scene, goth, or harajuku fashion, they're disabled, they act childish and age regresses, they have extreme intrusive thoughts, they have "odd" interests, they don't have proper hygiene because of poor mental health, their identity "doesn't make any sense", they're "too fat" or "too skinny", or they're just "not attractive". stop cherry picking, you can't claim "you don't judge" when you can't accept these people. be better.

Hi. It's been a minute since we had a chat.

So, you may be aware that I have basically dropped off the face of this platform and I hardly post or reblog anymore. There are a couple of reasons:

1.) My PC borked itself a while back and I'm barely scraping together the funds needed to replace it. This has put EVERYTHING project-related on hold for the foreseeable future.

2.) I have been more active on the platform that must not be named, in another fandom that doesn't have a lot of traction here. Frankly, I've burned out on RWBY a long time ago and have no reason to engage with it anymore. V10 isn't getting greenlit. Sorry to break it to you.

With my project on the backburner and my main sources of entertainment unavailable for the time being, I have had enough free time on my hands to get back into RP. So, I may post more frequently now that I have that. I plan to do some drawings in the next few days while I work on my character's design and get some practice in.

Got it. So do YOU know why Sandman, Babel and the other people and things deemed ineligible were ineligible? Because the Hugo Awards administration won't say. In every other Hugo Awards cycle, if something was ineligible, it was explained why. This time things and people were removed from the ballot without explanation.

I've been asking for an explanation. I haven't offered any explanation because I don't know.

You're the one suggesting it was "political censorship" from an "opaque censorship state". (Lovely turn of phrase that.)

I'm happy to blame stupidity or incompetence, and all I'm asking for is a promise from the Glasgow Worldcon that qualifying items that are nominated by the voters for Hugos will not be removed by Administrator whim without explanation as "ineligible". Where do you stand on that?
