Day 1 of getting back in track. Since finishing 75 Day Hard, I’ve been doing pretty great with my weight loss and wellness journey! I’ve maintained healthy habit’s but can feel myself slowly slipping back into an unhealthy patterns such as too much screen time, not reading, not journaling and binging when I’m stressed (which has been a lot lately). Although I’m off to a slow start, easing myself back into workouts and incorporating more fruits and veggies without absolute restriction of the things I love so today I did my first 45 morning workout and although tonight I couldn’t fit an evening workout in, tomorrow is a new day 🧘🏽‍♀️

It’s been such a hectic couple weeks that I forgot to update on the 75 Hard Challenege, but I FINISHED IT! I have never felt so proud of myself in my life! 2 1/2 months of dedication to myself and my goals. Did I eat perfect? No. Did I struggle the last 2 weeks of the challenge? Absolutely but I did it and that’s all that matters.
All the accomplishments were:
- Finished 3 books
- Did two 45 minute workouts a day
- No drinking
- Little junk food
- Went down 2 pant sizes
- Lost 15 pounds and some inches
- I’m more confident in myself
- I’ve grown mentally stronger and am much more positive
- I’ve grown to love myself more and more as the challenge went on and feel like a completely different person
- I took more risks and went out more
Throughout all of this I proved to myself that I can do hard things and just because something is hard, doesn’t mean I can’t do it. I’m excited to do my next challenge (well continue to move forward with my next 75 hard challenge which I am now on day 8) and I can’t wait to see what lays ahead of me 🧘🏽‍♀️

Day 38 of 75: A little over a month left of 75 hard! It’s crazy to think I’ve been doing this challenge for 38 days when usually I’d give up after two weeks. I did have a not so great eating day today though and am trying to not let my slip up make me spiral into guilt or shame or give up. So tonight I’m going to finish my 2nd workout of the day, finish up my water intake of the day and read before bed. Tomorrow is a new day and one bad day doesn’t define me nor take away from all the progress I’ve made thus far 🧘🏽‍♀️
