Short answer: No.
Long answer: Nooooooooooooooo.
K lemme elaborate with some lil infodumping:
He's based on both. Greco-Roman culture is often associated eith each other because of how much the Romans adopted of the Greeks during their formative and lager centuries. Considering how far into the future HSR is, they're essentially synonymous to each other due to their similarities. Ratio in my opinion embodies both classical Greek and Roman ideals.
It could be argued for example that from a Roman perspective, his emphasis on self discipline and physical maintenance (strength) point to their admiration of military might and strength as Rome had a vast Empire that maintained its control through its army that was controlled by the Emperor (Keep in mind that there were more then a few Greek philosophers who also emphasized this but being generous to the Romans here). Most obviously he also used Latin in his voicelines. Less obvious I personally THINK his robes??? Are based on toga's, which are Roman but they can also theoretically be based on the Greek Himetion. I'm leaning more to the Roman side tho because he seems to have a curved hem (but the otber side is straight so???).
On the other hand I would argue that his Greek inspirations are even stronger. His special attack for example is a clear nod towards the Hellenic tendency towards creating realistic human like statues out of marble (even tho his aren't painted as they were presumed to historically be).
His ultimate attack appears to be an Ionic-style column, more clearly seen in his splash art.
His laurel hairpin is inspired by the laurel wreath/crown, in this case a symbol of his academic achievements, originated in Greece and often makes an appearance in Greek mythology and depictiona such as on the Cylix of Apollo.
While the Romans were no slouches, much of their education was inspired by their Greek counterparts. So much so that its relatively well known that they took Greek slaves in order to be teachers for their children (rich and upperclass Romans that is).
Ratio is first and foremost a scholar and not a soldier. His 8 doctorates and dedication to learning and knowledge being his biggest claims to fame. Not to mention his major math motives. One might think of fogures such as Thales, Euclid, Archytas and of course the ever famous Pythagoras.
Ratio's character also puts emphasis on wisdom in-game, such as expecting people to at least have basic commensense and integrity. This of course makes me point towards the owl mask/ornament on his shoulder, a clear reference if I ever saw one to Athena, goddess of Wisdom.
He also has a tablet-book, which while solid and with a stone-like appearance also seems to call to mind the old bees wax paired folding tablets that the Greeks and Romans (but the Greeks first) used to write with.
All that being said its quite obvious that Ratio is inspired by both Greek and Roman inspirations. And while I'd personally argue that the Greek part is more pronounced, the Roman aspects are still very clear and very obvious.
Honkai: Star Rail is set far, far into the future. It makes sense that many earthern cultures have melded so completely thay far into the future that they're hard to distinguish. There can be places that lean more one way then the other, but clearly there are many that merged it all completely with their "modern" sensibilities.
Amphoreus for example isn't entirely accurate to Ancient Greece, because all those white columns and buildings aren't accurate to ancient Greece at all. They were painted XD.
Anyway gn, hope that helped answer the question!

So I was scrolling through the Fediverse Party software list & here were some that caught my attention. These I liked due to 3 things:
Boasted an official or useful third party app on iOS (yes, many have Android apps but I am focused on iOS here)
A user friendly hosting service (normie friendly)
Are under active development
Here is what I found.
Mastodon has official apps on iOS/Android, but the official app also supports Pleroma, PixelFed (official iOS app on the way!). I use Masto Host for my personal Mastodon site, but there are numerous others online.
Funkwhale (which is an open source version to SoundCloud) does not have an official iOS app, but it is accessible via the Substreamer app. You can host Funkwhale on Cloud68’s servers.
NextCloud lets you host your content on your own personal cloud, & is an alternative to Google Drive. They also boast official apps for iOS/Android. Nextcloud offers to host your cloud but you can also use Cloud68 instead.
WriteFreely comes across as a super simplified blogging platform. They boast official iOS/iPadOS apps, as well as a hosting service via Write.as (I am tempted to sign up with them).
These four really impressed me & I look forward to checking them out in the future.

Hi hello Genshin Community, this is my first time screaming into the void towards you and anyone adjecent to it. I have a question: Why do Genshin characters have so many split capes? And have split capes ever been a thing in the real world here on earth? Are they related to some sort of custom, or is it just a design decision that looks cool according to the devs? If its a Tevyat only thing, then why hasn't anyone CAPITALIZED THE FANFIC POTENTIAL OF IT, DAMN IT.
Give me lore, tell about its possible social meaning or when it started coming into fashion or how it was influenced or whatever the fuck. Literally free food smh. Anyway I couldn't find anything while googling but its entirely possible that I just searched for this topic in a way that won't allow me to find an answer.
