Update on current projects/Schedule for the rest of 2022

I thought about doing something like this for a while so here it is. I have no overview over who follows me for what reason but I assume most of my followers (much like my ao3 user subs) are in it for the Naruto stuff so this will probably clear up once and for all that I don't do that anymore.

There are no dates for any of these because I write when I can/want and have no actual schedule whatsoever BUT the order in which they're listed will most likely be the order in which they're posted, so there's that.

begin again - a 'The Other Woman' style Warcraft Tyrande/f!OC-centric collection of short scenes exploring the consequences of Malfurion's 10k years slumber, ft. some of lore/worldbuilding from my dormant Highborne project

Garden of Eden - the second and final chapter

Divine Anthology (working title) Part I: Persephone (til the fall) - a series of short stories set during modern times focusing on select Greek goddesses and their relationship with a different (female) mortal each. Only one gets explicitly sexual and it's not the most obvious one of the lot.

The Origin of Lara - a Tomb Raider Lara Croft/Jacqueline Natla oneshot that's essentially the weirdest but also best love story I have ever written

Elysia - an Elden Ring Queen Marika-centric post-canon AU oneshot exploring a 'what-if' type of scenario that not only gives her a (in my opinion) more satisfying ending but also may or may not connect Elden Ring to the Souls series in probably the most unexpected way possible

weave me into being - a retelling of Arachne's poem making the whole tragedy slightly less tragic, much more dubious, and really rather gay

Divine Anthology Part II: Hera (something worth taking)

Divine Anthology Part III: Aphrodite (where gods go to die)

Divine Anthology Part IV: Hestia

Divine Anthology Part V: Artemis

Anathema - the final three chapters, finishing what I started

Looking at this, I think Anathema won't actually be touched again this year so that story's taking a one-year hiatus. I can't focus on a longer project when I have too many small ideas plaguing my thoughts so I'm getting those out of the way first.

And that's it. I don't think I forgot anything but if I did, well, it's going to show up on my ao3 profile eventually.

Hey! finally checked if you had a tumblr after all these years of reading your fics... lol ahmm what i wanted to ask is if you had any thoughts on continuing your into the depths fic? its absolutely god tier in my list of fics that ive read and ive only just noticed the update that theres no longer a on hiatus note. As someone who has dappled in writing fanfiction before and failed to finish i totally understand and whatever reasons you may have but i just wanted to double check.

Hey! :) Yes I do have a tumblr but it's dead half of the time, lol.

As for Into the Depths: I'm glad you like it and it was my first 'real' passion project on ao3 but it will probably never be finished.

I am completely done with Naruto (and have been for a while), I just had no way of communicating that on ao3 because unfortunately nobody ever looks at author bios. The thing is, even if I was still interested in Naruto, I lost all my old WIPs to a harddrive incident early in 2022 so all my Naruto docs, notes and WIPs (along with some for other fandoms) are gone. Though I still know where the story was gonna go and how it was going to end, I lost too much to start from scratch.

At the end of the day, I write for fun and won't ever force myself to do something I don't enjoy.

I can tell you the rest of the plot though, if you want. It's not the same as reading the fic but if you're curious, let me know and I'll dm you or something. 👍

Yes, I'm done-zo with Naruto. I leaned towards moving on long before I lost all my WIPs to a hard drive crash which I'm not even too mad about - it's just not for me anymore.

But I'm glad those fics still do it for you. :) I may not care about the fandom but I still ship it.

TsunaSaku is the only endgame I accept lol.

Finished my Elden Ring Queen Marika Cosplay/Roleplay Run and took a celebratory screenshot:

then spent a few hours editing it because it's nice sometimes, to take a day and waste it on photoshop.

Build is faith/int/strength, incantations with Golden Order Seal and Marika's Hammer. Somewhat frustrating at times due to incantations taking so long to cast but definitely viable once you get the hang of it - and going round the Lands Between with the sole purpose of beating up your children is worth the pain of trying to do Malenia with no poise, little stagger and melee incantations.

Mods in the screenshot are the Longer Braid mod, the edited scarfless Deathbed Dress and a custom retexture of said dress.

Tomb Raider Edition

The moment – no, the second– Lara comes face to face with Jacqueline Natla, all she can think about is that there is something wrong with that woman. It's not the way she looks, though that certainly plays into Lara's completely unfounded deep-rooted aversion towards this woman she just met; her features are sharp, her cheekbones jutting out at such an odd angle they just might be able to draw blood, and yet they don't look too out of place on a face that could easily be printed on the front cover of most popular magazines. It must be the eyes, Lara thinks, that do it. A blue so cold and icy it almost sends a shiver down her spine, something that reminds her of the Arctic's frozen wastes with an uncanny spark of intelligence in them which, combined with the way she tilts her head, gives off the impression of a woman who knows what she wants and gets it, too.
