So hey, I have a new comic! ....Well, a short story that might become More, someday. It’s also got spooky tree magic in it, so if you enjoyed that in Chirault, you should check this one out! :D

Sarra has been cast out by her people, sacrificed to the mysterious witch of the swamp nearby in exchange for a better harvest. Too bad she doesn’t plan to give up without a fight.

It’s horror/fantasy/action (warning for some blood), and I’m very proud of it right now!!

Did you know: it’s Webcomic Day! And in addition to working on Wychwood, I have a second webcomic, which is complete :O

This is Chirault! It’s a high fantasy series about fighting monsters, becoming monsters, and… befriending monsters? There’s a lot going on in there, the whole thing is over 1000 pages long haha.

Already an orphan, Teeko is lost and alone after her hometown is destroyed by a freak magical phenomenon. A miscast spell by an untrained mage shrinks her down to squirrel-size.

Being tiny and lost in the monster-filled woods is a bad situation, but Teeko is quick to find help from the first person who walks by: a full-time demon hunter named Kiran!

Despite initial reluctance, Kiran agrees to help Teeko find someone who can help get her back to normal. They face some challenges, however; not only do all the mages seem to be busy with matters of their own, Kiran’s little-understood demonic powers are not fully under control.

They persevere despite the setbacks and frequent monster attacks, though, and gain the aid of new friends along the way: a skilled junior mage named Astrid, and a village guard named Bethan.

HEY GUESS WHAT!!! I’m making a new webcomic, and it’s Wychwood this time :D I’ve wanted to make this story since…. basically forever, and I’m really excited to finally be able to share it!

Wychwood is a sci-fantasy story, and it stars Tiara, a delinquent who has been using a mysterious power to goof around for years without realizing the kind of attention it could attract. When a powerful organization finally tracks her down and attempts to recruit her, she has to decide what she really stands for.

Hi! I recently finished reading your comic and it was awesome!!! I really loved it. I just wanted to ask if there were any "official" relationships (like romantic) between characters, as in you were actively trying to imply them, because I have trouble picking up on those sorts of things. It doesn't matter I just wanted to be sure I hadn't missed anything. Thank You for the hard Word <3

There aren't a lot of 'official' pairings I'm afraid; being ace, it honestly didn't occur to me to put them in for the first few years, haha.That said.... I see Rune and Heryan as having a sort of low-key ongoing thing, and John and Ridriel too. It's never addressed or shown directly except in their closeness and affection for one another, so you didn't miss anything.

Astrid: 28 (for reference, the events of Shenanigans happen when he’s roughly 7, one year prior to the incident.)
