A Note for You

Don’t feel bad about your interests (as long as they aren’t harmful to anyone).

Don’t feel bad about staying inside all day, just make sure to get up and stretch from time to time to keep your blood flowing!

It’s okay to do nothing over summer, just make sure you are moving around some! My favorite wind down activity is to sit in my backyard for half an hour or an hour.
