My mind's been toying with a somewhat grim what-if scenario, back when I was an egg apparently I gave my parents a bit of a scare when I briefly ended up vanishing, they found me in the sea thankfully, but if something had gone differently that day would I have been taken and sold by these sorts of individuals? With how shady these sellers are sounding, I suspect not all the eggs they've sold were given to them willingly - Skulls And Exes

Uhm so I went down to the dock i helped Smeak build a while ago with my eggs because I wanted to ask him a question but he wasn’t there instead there was a guy (guys?) that looked like the staxie described in a past post. One of my eggs had a small indent that was a slightly milky color compared to the rest of it and one of the heads saw it and asked if I wanted help with that egg for 5 scallops. I thought they were gonna help me heal it but after they dunked in some sorta liquid they pulled it out and it was a completely different color and floated in the air. I asked for my egg back but they said that was my egg and no refunds. I think this must be illegal in some way right??!! But they’ve left because they’re not there anymore so if anyone else saw them please say what happened!! (I think there were a few notes on them here which is why I decided to say something here too) please I wanna know what they did to my egg -disgruntled mother anon

i havent really seen that guy who hangs out around the beach anymore. I cant help but be a bit worried about him, where did he go? moomy tells me he's gone away, but i dont think he's just taking a trip somewhere else. i hope it wasn't depths siren. he actually saved me from it once when I ended up wandering down to the beach. he talked to me until moomy found me and took me home. I feel bad for being so scared of him at first and i want to apologize but i might not be able to anymore... -R

As for the talk of this egg-selling thing, I was thinking last night and I wondered if perhaps any of the lost clump and root eggs from the shelf were found and sold by these sorts of dealers? It could be a stretch but tbh it sounds more plausible than what my sister was suggesting (She means the world to me but oh my depths does she love a tall tale or two) - Skulls and Exes

I've heard some of the squalls from the shelf have been claiming recent events are a sign of them being cursed, like what happened to their king, or even something as small as a Myre being born into a family at random, I dont fully buy it myself. um. my sister (? shes nb, which is just more confusing because “they” is like multiple now and now theyre multiple. ugh like that!!) grew another head. what do i do?? im used to getting new “upgrades” as they like to call them like horns and a big tail and really long mancake-like legs but ive never sprouted another head?? she already went to albert but he said its just rare but overall normal. how is that normal?! the head can talk and it like has its own thoughts and sometimes they forget which head was there first (i remember because they have different colored hair streaks). how do we make it go away? the heads don’t like each other and are really sad all the time so yes the new head needs to leave but its also its own brain? or thoughts at least so would that be like killing someone? we just need to get rid of it so please help. -fireAnon

my neighbor is so odd i stg she disappears in the basement for days at a time. and, sure, we are friends and i know she's a passionate workaholic, but i asked her bf recently what she does down there and he avoided the topic. (we're in a kind of uhhh apartment type building, im not stalking her, but the only way to get into the basement is through cellar doors outside.) i /hate/ to gossip about a buddy but its been bugging me for weeks. what is she doing down there???

WANTED!

HOUSING! For two young adults/adolescents/teenagers (but we're well behaved!) ages 16 and 17, one myre and one staxie. We both have jobs so we can pay you rent!! We promise to get it in on time too!! We just need one bedroom (one or two beds are fine) and basic accommodation like a bathroom and (small) kitchen (we won't burn the house down, especially if it's underwater!)! If more info about us is needed, please contact Leutogi at the stumphouse or Reverie at the Myre housing and ask for Zinnia or Fsh respectively!

Also if you have an extra room or know someone who does, we know of another myre who would also like to have somewhere to live (but he's too shy and also can't write to ask for someone to help him so we did it for them). If you want to help them, you can ask either of us too!

You’re not the only one. I don’t want to tell anyone because I don’t want them to be upset, or worry about me, but I have the strangest dreams at times. It’s dark, and then I see someone. I’m taller than them. For some reason I’m scared of them. And then they stab me at least ten times in the back. And then I die again and again and I become so accustomed to death that I’m nothing more than a ghost. And it almost happened. Not too long ago, someone shorter than me tried to kill me. I feel like I might’ve deserved it. Something’s calling to me. I think it’s the depths. I don’t know if it’s the call of a Moomy to her stumps or the call of a siren. Regardless, it’s waiting. It’s patient, and it knows that I can’t ignore it forever. I’m too curious for that. -EyesAnon

There's a shady pair that offers their "services" at the dock. I didn't catch their names, but they're green with two heads. I thought I could cure one of my eggs with their magic, but I watched them melt away before my very eyes...I have a feeling the stolen eggs are related. They had to be stolen. There's no way eggs go from here to there just like that. But the path had no footprints...I just wish this would stop happening. I'm not sure how much more I can take.

Overheard that somebody was out there buying and selling eggs. We have no clue for what purpose. Keep an eye out for anybody suspicious and if you see anything please alert Gayley as quick as possible! This is a lucrative business that we will not be supporting on Staves Rest. Thank you.
