DEATH of COPRA issue 2 (aka issue 47) comes out FEB 12th from Image Comics. Sam McKenzie provided a jaw-dropping variant cover for this issue. His approach combines elegance, grit, and pop into an unmistakable vision. Feast your eyes.

As for the Classic Image variant: I grew up reading Erik Larsen’s Savage Dragon, a title that ages in real time. The book’s lead these days is his son Malcolm, who I featured on the “guest cover” spot for DEATH of COPRA 2.

Today marks twelve years since COPRA began. I took two of those years off, so it's been a solid decade of revenge comics. COPRA isn't old enough to join the military, but it can still score a pack of Camel Blue.
