I used sewist.com to put together a rough pattern that I can alter enough to match my reference. They’re a great site for putting unique patterns together for a cheap price too. Less than 3$ USD

Here’s the link to the pattern if you want to use it! You’ll need to trim the collar, but it’s a good base.

Be sure to adjust your measurements.

I made my bust measurements when I had a sports bra+binder combo on to have a better fit when everything is put together. I Have a cough right now and still could breathe fine with no discomfort. That being said, be smart, don’t die.
