Financial Report and Budget Analysis
Budget Analysis
Tracking spending- Throughout the last 10 weeks we have been monitoring spending for our Cre8 team. Along with our consultant, our client, and any other spending. Some of our spending included stationary fees, meeting fees, and travel expenses. With this spending there were somethings that we have create that we will be able to charge our client. First is our social media plan. Where we can show different ways to increase traffic and profits from Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat. Some examples are utilizing stories, has tags, and more posts per week. Secondly, we have our research and Data where we collected from students in the Medway area. Asking them questions about financial services and credit.
Areas of overspending- I believe we spent to much on wages and did not utilize WhatsApp chats and emails enough. Most meeting that we had were just talking and not so much delegation. This could have been done via email. Also, there were times where schedules did not meet. So, it was hard to meet as a group. Also, time wasted after meeting to send tasks out to juniors.
Extra Money? – Cre8laditude is profitable by 3052.99 with salaries paid.
Reaching our goals/profits? - We have reached the goals we set out for ourselves in the Methodology, we are currently profitable, and we were successful in completing surveys and research. I believe our data is very valuable because were went in to the field and approached the students ourselves. Getting a first-hand experience on what they feel and want for the future. Also, different from Domeg were feel the students became a bit more comfortable with us. Not hesitating to answer the survey honestly.

Recommendations for Domeg’s Social Media
Facebook:
Between the social media platforms, Facebook provides the most informative design layout any page may have. Taking this into consideration at the moment Domeg is lacking the right kind of information on Facebook. One way to sort the issue is by summarizing the business more clearly on the ‘about’ page. This way it will help new customers understand what Domeg is all about.
One significant issue with Domegs Facebook page at the moment is the lack of reviews they have on Facebook. It’s difficult for a business to try and encourage customer reviews and therefor some kind of incentive should be offered to customers. As little as asking the customers to like and follow the page and leave a small review may go a long way. Reason for this is as more reviews start appearing on the page, the more trust future customers will have in the company.
Instagram:
Instagram is increasingly becoming a favorite as an advertising platform amongst the social medias.  The reason behind this is simple adverts getting a lot of attention due to correctly targeted ads. Instagram (and Facebook) allow the customization of the adverts to go as far as reaching the right audience if the demographics are correct.
One great way to increase the following and awareness is to introduce real life case studies that Domeg have worked on and release the results achieved by the model customers. This way people will be able to relate and hopefully be more willing to use the service provided.
Using relevant hash tags in post is important to reach the right audience of people. Having said that, it is important to note that using too many hash tags may seem untidy and unprofessional.
Snapchat:
In terms of a social media presence it would be fair to say that snapchat is the least important one. However more and more businesses have been trying their luck advertising on snapchat. Over the recent months snapchat has become a lot more engaging to the consumer. This has allowed businesses to promote their brands to the younger generation. Now is a great time to try out some snapchat campaigns while the cost of running the adverts isn’t astronomical.
One popular way is to create an interactive, quiz-type advert seeing as most consumers on snapchat are under 25. At the end of the quiz the advert may reveal how to obtain more information or even sign them up to a free newsletter service – which is a great way to building a big customer base.

Methodology
Our company ‘Cre8 Latitude’ strives at giving our client, Domeg, the best results to help prepare and optimise their business. Furthermore, we arranged a meeting with our client to gain a thorough idea of what they expected from us and understand their current processes on which we will be trying to improve. Our goal is to educate and enlighten youth about the benefits of money management and the uses of credit scores. This is to prepare kids for the future outside of education.
Our client expects us to gather strong market research to give them an idea of the potential of going into the app market as well as national education bodies. We will be gathering primary market research from a variety of schools spanning from lower middle school to colleges. This will be obtained by giving the kids a short talk about money management followed by a questionnaire to fill about their knowledge of the topics discussed, this will help us to see the potential within the market gap and help more accurately decide which topics are more essential.

Our Clients
Tumblr media
Dom Education Group is Diana and Debbie – two sisters with some big ideas. It was Debbie's son who first embedded the concept of financial education into their minds. As a professional football player he needed some good advice on his income – quickly.  It seems that school didn't teach this stuff. By taking control, Debbie was able to secure his future, but she would have preferred it if he understood it for himself. Domeg was born; beginning its life as an advisory service for young sports-people.
Debbie soon realised that her own experience as a qualified financial advisor, investment manager and mortgage broker would work perfectly with those of her sister Diana. Diana was a compelling training course developer with 8 years in the field and a number of high profile courses under her belt. Together they have built on Domeg's beginnings and developed courses to suit everyone from primary school aged children through to those entering retirement.
