Lionel flicked the cigarette he was smoking off to the side as he focused on the individual passing by, that would be his target for this assignment. Another undercover case. He didn’t want to be doing this, he hated undercover cases. 

He got out of his car wearing a casual outfit, not one that would give him away. A plain shirt, blue jeans, and beat up converse. Something you’d see him wear when he was off the clock.

Lionel knew better than to follow at a distance he would be caught at so he stayed quite a bit away, blending in where he could ti go unseen
