honestly, may was an amazing reading month where all books were 4 stars and higher!!

fav read was the familiar which was like 7 stars. it felt like reading a fairy tale ngl, and i LOVE fairytales.

update on those:

the reappearance of rachel price arrived well and whole!

the familiar arrived almost 2 weeks later, having been sent back and forth a lot between two places (very unusual). a part of the packaging is missing, the book is damaged, the endpapers + a few pages at the end are bent

im getting suspicious if the post in my country.

its been a week since the last tracking update on the reappearance of rachel price and 6 days since the last tracking update on the familiar.

usually by now the books would have arrived.

so i finished the familiar by leigh bardugo on saturday and ive felt empty ever since.

on sunday i post a review of the familiar on my bookstagram acc (go check it out, im very happy with how it turned out actually).

on monday i wake up and see THE LEIGH BARDUGO has liked that post?!?!?!

what do you mean im supposed to just continue on with my life?? bc what the actual fuck

i finished dead boy detectives yesterday and i need a season two ASAP

today i leave for the uk. i meet leigh tomorrow

i have managed to get accepted leave for my two classes i have tomorrow.

finding out leigh might have a tour, but knowing i probably wont be able to take time off school to be able to travel and see her again..
