I don't have a proper doodle/art dump for him yet, but this guy is Lai; one of Lao's children.

He's quite a chaotic and troublesome guy, but he doesn't mean harm... most of the time. He likes to wander around and eat food from all sorts of restaurants, food stalls, and other stores that sell food. When there is trouble, he tries to help but is more enthusiastic when it requires fighting.

Despite the interest in food, he doesn't want to become a chef though. He still doesn't know what exactly he wants to do.

He may look like a delinquent, but he's a good guy. He cares for his younger siblings too.
