Notes
As of Skyrim and Oblivion, the number of days in each month is the same as the Gregorian calendar, leap years included.
The Serpent sign possibly corresponds to that of the unused 13th sign of ‘Ophiuchus’ in astrology/the Zodiac.
The months ‘Midyear’, ‘Heartfire/Hearthfire’ and ‘Frostfall’ can be spelled with or without a space, both spellings are correct.
The calendars used in Arena and Daggerfall are entirely different. Morrowind’s is pretty much the same, besides Sun’s Dusk and Frostfall having swapped number of days, and the negligence of Morning Star (this was possibly a mistake made during the game’s production).

How do I reach out to a pop culture deity? I am really interested in Herma Mora, but I don't know the first place to start, any advice?
To start, I would look at the game lore. What does it describe Herma Mora as, who is he, what is his domain, what offerings does he accept?
Then set an offering for him with your intention (whether you're wanting to work with, worship or simply as for help from him). If you feel his presence or get a confirmation then you can begin to set up his alter.
I hope this helped!

Are Azura and Nocturnal like Apollo and Artemis?
Azura is the Daedric Prince of Dusk and Dawn she hates all Manner of undead and sends the dragon born to cleanse her Temple.
Nocturnal is the Daedric Prince of night and darkness. She is the patron (matron?) of thieves and those who work in the shadow.
It is said that Nocturnal was there at the beginning, while the two are both Daedric Princes they are not related.
Artemis is the goddess of the wild hunt, chastity and child birth.
Apollo is the God of music, poetry, prophecy, truth, plague and healing, sun and light. (He is not the Sun God as that title belongs to Helios.)
Artemis and Apollo are twin siblings of Zues and Leto.
I would say that while the two Daedra may be based on the two Greek deities they are not all that similar. (Bad wording)

Hey there,
I've been interested in pop culture deities but never found someone who actually practiced. I'd love to ask a few questions!
Cheers
Hey there! My friend @jasper-the-menace is also a pop culture witch and is much more qualified than I. But feel free to ask anything :)

Daedra Worship Notes: Nocturnal.
The daedric prince of night and darkness, known also has the Night Mistress or Lady Luck. The Khajiit know her as Noctra. She is also referred to as Ur-Dra, part of the original void. It is said that she is the oldest and one of the most powerful Daedric Princess.
Nocturnal brings shadows and luck when called upon. Her physical description is always that of a women dressed in a dark cloak, sometimes black other times a dark purple. Her arms usually outstretched with multiple nightingales (or similar birds) flying around her.
While worshippers of Nocturnal are those who operate in the shadows, such as thieves or spies, Nocturnal is not an evil Daedra. As Karliah describes her, "she is like a scolding mother who pushes her child to do better," which suggests that unlike other Daedra, Nocturnal cares for mortals.
Worship of Nocturnal
Nocturnal does have quite a large following, however she has no one form of an organized sect of followers. While there is a temple and shrines of her in Nightingale Hall and in the Twilight Sepulcher- which is built around the Ebonmere portal which leads to Nocturnal's corner of Oblivion called, Evergloam, the Night Mistress does not seem to care much for Worship.
Few sects that Worship Lady Luck are as follows, Nightingales, a coven of all female witches, and even a cult.
The Nightingales
The Nightingales serve Nocturnal directly, in return they can receive the powers of Shadow, Subterfuge, or Shadow. Once a Nightingale enters the contract with Nocturnal they are bound to her to guard the Twilight Sepulcher and serve her until she feels that the contract had been fulfilled.
Witches
Like other Daedric Princes, Nocturnal has a following of all female followers known in game as witches. The Purloined Shadows is a coven dedicated to serving Nocturnal.
Cultists
The Daedric Prince has at least one cult dedicated to serving her, this cult is known as the Whispering Shadows. They operated throughout the Clockwork City in the second era. In Summerset she has only one known human follower- Earl Tundilwen.
Pop Culture Followers
Many folk who have played the Elder Scrolls game have taken to following the Prince in real life. Worshipping a pop culture figure is really no different than worshipping another figure in real life. How you choose to worship is up to you.

Urban Legends for Elder Scrolls
A couple ideas I have for legends in Tamriel and how close to the truth they'd actually be. Like, the stuff 8-year-olds would believe
A shooting star in Tamriel is said not to be a star at all, but rather Clavicus Vile being thrown across the sky in anger after tricking another god. During this time, Vile is too busy to answer wishes, so the significantly kinder Barbas will listen in his stead. If you finish speaking your wish while the star is still moving, Barbas will grant your wish. However, if the star stops before you are done, Clavicus Vile will be furious that you tried to take advantage of his troubles, and you will have ten years of bad luck. (Truth Rating: 2/5. Neither Barbas nor Vile grant wishes for free, even unlucky ones, and Barbas certainly isn't going to grant a mortal's wish while Vile is being physically attacked. The shooting star might actually be him though, and he might feel petty enough to curse you when he lands.)
In games of "Truth or Dare", children can call upon Hermaeus Mora to listen to the game by soaking a book in a bucket of ink and skeever eyes. If the truth is told, it will be recorded in apocrypha. If you lie or refuse, your mind will cloud and you will struggle to learn/remember information due to a curse from Mora. To break the curse, you must tell the truth in front of everyone who was at the game. (Truth Rating: 4/5. Hermaeus Mora doesn't really distinguish between important and useless information. If you call him to a game of "Truth or Dare", he will absolutely take the "Truths" for his library, and if you lie to Mora or refuse to tell him something after promising information, he may try to persuade you with a mild curse. However, he doesn't care if you tell your friends. He just wants to know it himself. Also please stop destroying your books; the promise of knowledge summons him, not the ritual.)

Offer what she desires most, but reject the material. For her greatest want is that which cannot be seen, felt, or carried.
