I really think when Hans Christian Andersen wrote The Little Mermaid he was suffering from plantar fasciitis and just used that as his muse.

Okay but this bit of Sam’s statement is so interesting. Obviously it’s already been implied in tmagp that people’s fear affects the horrors around them eg Heinrich being less powerful cuz kids aren’t playing with toys so much, Bonzo becoming an external cuz everyone was scared of the serial killer wearing his costume etc, but I never realised how instant and personal it can be like with this moment of Sam’s fear instantly making the paper skeleton attack him and actually harm him.

All to say it’s making me question the actual nature of Freddie and whether Colin’s fear and paranoia over him actually made him become super dangerous and powerful and ultimately led to him eating Colin. Would Freddie have been able to do that at the beginning of season 1? Idk anymore.

Yeah but don’t you remember when they tried that in the reboot and Mulder had his cell phone and it went like this:

I just think photos are maybe not his specialty

it annoys me alot these two NEVER carry a camera around with them, like yeah people would probably believe you if you had evidence guys!!!!!

you’re a small-town sheriff and two government agents show up on the crime scene with more sexual chemistry than should be possible: ridiculous amounts of tension, eye-contact, no personal space etc. BUT they’re arguing about whether or not a slug monster from Neptune actually killed that guy. you just kind of have to deal with them for the next few days while weirder and weirder shit starts happening but the red-headed lady mostly looks exasperated while the tall guy keeps trying to stick his fingers into weird goop (there’s weird goop now) or goes around earnestly asking everyone when they last saw the Neptune slug monster
