Arthur Maxson is the supreme leader of the entire East Coast Brotherhood of Steel. His greatest accomplishments include returning the Brotherhood to its former glory as a quasi-religious, technocratic military order. Hero-worship cults have started to spring up throughout Brotherhood chapters, but he doesn't approve of that. Many of the good people of the Commonwealth don't want him around, but he knows what's best for them. He's going to save them from the great scourge upon humanity, the Institute, whether they like it or not. Speaking of, are you a ghoul or synth stan? Too bad. Your fav's an abomination and Maxson wants to exterminate them.
