I wanna yap about the Magnus archives swap au I’m making so yeah.

Basically, in this au Jon and Jonah/Elias and Peter and Martin are swapped with each other. In this au Jonah and Jon were born in the same time period (sometime in the 1800s I think?). Jon still encounters Mr Spider, but instead of said encounter horribly traumatizing him, it causes a lifelong fascination in the supernatural thus leading Jon to create his version of the Magnus institute (the sims institute). Jonah is still an egotistical bastard, and still swaps bodies with people (henceforth he still gets to be Elias) but instead of being horribly unapologetic about it like he is in canon, he feels super bad about it. In this au, Jonah is actually fighting against the entities instead of being a servant of the eye. He is in constant conflict with Jon and he becomes the archivist to try to stop Jon from completing the watcher’s crown (which doesn’t work because Jon ends up playing him like the cheap kazoo he is).

I’m thinking of naming the au “the sims institute au” because I honestly have nothing more creative to call it lmao

That’s all I have for now. I’ll probably talk about Peter and Martin the next post I make about this.
