How would mycheal react to a MC who is nonverbal/monosyllabic/not speaking much?

Oh, it'd probably be very very awkward. When you first meet him you can tell he's kinda okay to talk first but if MC was more quiet and doesn't respond much he'll probably panic a little and ramble even more than he usually does to fill the silence.

Eventually he'll adapt to it and kind of accepts you don't talk much! That's okay! As long as it seems like you're listening he's alright with filling the silence for both of you.

Right now on to my silly little question.

How would Mychael react to an MC who wouldn’t stop making “that’s what she said jokes”? Like I get that he probably get the joke right away but regardless if he understands them or not they just keep going. At least one a day. Nonstop. Even through brainwashing.

I think he wouldn't even understand the context, taking it at face value haha! You've got that look in your eye like you said something funny and he laughs but he doesn't really get it.

But! He knows it's something you do so he does it too, maybe to make you like him more, except it's wrong and he says "That's what I said" instead over and over all day. So now there's too of you smh.

First of all, I wanna say your game is SO SO SO GOOD. The world you created was like a magical little reservoir I didn’t want to escape from. And even though it’s a demo, I’m already emotionally attached to Mychael and would literally die for him. He’s THAT precious to me!

There’s these two songs, If I Were and Same But Different, both by Vashti Bunyan, that not only encapsulates the whole energy of the game to me but also Mychael’s essence as well - the whimsical, fairytale vibes with an everlasting tragic melancholy forever looming in the background.

When connecting these songs to Mychael, I just get so emotional. But I am SO excited for the full game and I can’t wait to see how Mychael becomes even more of a desperate and scary yandere!

I'm really curious how Mychael would account for an MC who had like- major allergies or dietary restrictions. Like an MC who's allergic to pollen or mushrooms or is very sensitive to ingredients like gluten, dairy, eggs...

He'd be very surprised some humans aren't able to eat certain things; from what he's seen humans eat just about anything they find potentially tasty and you're saying you can't eat [whatever you're allergic to]!?

You do gotta explain what allergies or dietary restrictions are and why you don't eat certain things but he would try his best to feed you the things you can eat. Can't have his guest go around on an empty stomach, after all. 💔

Hello. I look forward to day 3, I get excited about each scenario. I thought it was really cute that Michael showed us his chickens, saying they're like his family, but how would he react to an MC who is afraid of birds in general...? Would you take us straight home for that? Does he see this as an irrational fear?

He has his own share of irrational fears! He'd probably wonder why you'd be scared of birds (did one hurt you when you were small?) but he wouldn't judge you for it.

He'd be disappointed he wouldn't be able to show you the ladies like he planned as a nice surprise but he'll come up with something else for you to enjoy the little time you have left together. ::-)

Mushroom Oasis March (Day 7 : Sleeping)

Ever since I played mushroom oasis, I've been coming back to the meadow scene for comfort again and again, and this event gave me the motivation to finally make an ambience/ sleeping aid!

Honestly? Tricky to answer with an estimated number. His life cycle's weird, and for his kind they're never the age you think they are. /gen

Hii!, I never did this "Ask Away" thing because I don't know much English and right now I'm using a translator, but I wanted to know more about Alma, Since I saw that most people didn't ask anything about them, I wanted to try my luck and do it myself. ¿In what or who were you inspired to design Alma? and a off-topic question: ¿They have any foods that they like or dislike? I really don't know what to ask, but I hope you at least understand what I mean.

I honestly don't remember what my main inspiration was for Alma, but since the very beginning we definitely wanted to play with a monstrous form vs. normal form for them! Here's a bunch of inspo images I had!

As for Alma's favorite foods; they're a major snack food junkie. They enjoy anything from potato chips, to cookies and cakes and chocolates and candy bars, the whole shebang.

They convince themselves they'll try to eat healthy and start making their own meals but they're a shit cook.💔

But this was a spin on the thought that has popped up at least twice with the people who have played this game, which is "did mycheal kill our / my cat".

Btw I’ve been meaning to ask but can Mycheal utilize spores as self defense if need be

Technically he already does! It's his main defense mechanism and he's learned to use it well. His go-to instinct would always be to de-escalate potential conflict so hypnotism is the best way to go against hostile humans. And he won't use it sparingly either.

He's been in enough situations to the point he refuses to take any chances.
