I haven’t updated this blog as much as I’d liked, so I thought I’d share a snippet from a WIP I’ve been slowly working on! It’s an AU based on Japanese myths/folklore (Onmyōji!Mikleo + Ōkami!Sorey) that I’ve been playing around for a bit…. Actually, this was supposed to be for another earlier zine project, but real life hasn’t been too kind this year lol and I couldn’t meet the deadline. But I liked it enough to continue writing it and Nami — who was originally partnered with me for the zine — was wonderful enough to still draw and share some concept art for this AU. Anyway, hope you’ll enjoy a peek at the first act!

Mikleo couldn’t quite bring himself to begrudge Muse of her absence during his childhood, however. It was hard to when she’d left home when he was but a toddler, leaving him in the care of her brother, Michael, the village shrine priest. And while he’d never felt lonesome as he was raised with care and affection, he had, admittedly, always been curious about Muse’s reasons for leaving—was it by choice or just circumstance?

Sormik week day 2 – snowfall!

For @valerianights and @defragmentise <3. Please go read Knight & Mage if you haven’t already, I love it a lot so far and it gives me heart palpitations with every update! (also the worldbuilding is my jam) It also has the best supporting characters (two loyal pet birds), if that doesn’t convince you I can’t help you. Bring tissues and strong nerves, though.

Anyway, this is an AU of the AU in which there is a happy ending and in which they can hug without consequences. OR SOMETHING. It’s so AU that it is actually spoiler-free for the fic.

Title: Total Eclipse of the Onsen Series: Tales of Link, Tales of Zestiria, Tales of Berseria Pairing: Sorey/Mikleo, Sara/Allen Summary: While enjoying the New Year festivities at the temple, Sorey and Mikleo are confronted by Allen, who steals Mikleo’s clothes. This sends them on an adventure to the hot springs to warm up, where they make bang.

With TOLink closing down on 27 March 2018, Owlily ( @toradh / @applegelstore) and I decided we needed to do a tribute. We also decided it needed to star Mikleo in his temple wear, and also Mikleo in his towel, and also have Sorey and Mikleo fuck each other.
