How AI Is Reshaping the Digital Marketing Landscape
Tumblr media
We can no longer say that artificial intelligence is the next big thing because it’s happening now. It’s big right now, and it’s already reshaping the digital marketing landscape in so many ways. AI is impacting most digital marketing strategies, and most businesses are opting for AI marketing tools for their campaigns. Artificial Intelligence has the ability to collect data, analyze it, apply it, and even learn from it. This has played a significant role in reshaping the digital marketing landscape, and the best thing is that AI is still advancing. Here are several ways AI is reshaping digital marketing.
Improved User Experience
Customer experience is one of the most important aspects of a marketing strategy. If the content is relevant to consumers, they are more likely to convert to loyal customers. With AI’s ability to collect relevant data, it decides the most relevant and applicable content based on historical data, location, and past behavior. This personalizes the experience for the user, making it seem that the brand is thinking about them.
Predictive Customer Behavior
With the ability to personalize customer experience, AI takes the step further by using collected data to predict customer behavior. AI collects a lot more than just the company or website data. It collects second and third party data from Data Management Platforms, which allows a more targeted approach. This enables businesses to target potential customers that are more likely to convert and eliminate those unlikely to. This results in effective marketing strategies and returns for the business.
Voice Search
Artificial intelligence has led to the development of voice search. Voice search is becoming more and more integral when it comes to online user experience, and virtual assistants are taking over in home assistant devices and autonomous vehicles. Think Google Home, Alexa, and Siri for voice search.
Real-Time Customer Support
Customer service is a vital part of a business. All customers are always pleased with quick responses and resolution to queries or problems. With AI chatbots, businesses are able to provide customers with human-like interactions in real-time. These chatbots not only answer basic questions, but they also solve simple issues and even track orders.
Efficient Content Curation
This may come as a surprise to most, but this is also an area of digital marketing AI is impacting. Artificial intelligence has the capability to create content as well. It may not be perfected, but it’s still improving, and with time, content curation and generation will not be limited to humans. The content people produce must adhere to certain patterns, which makes it repetitive, something machines are picking up. Artificial intelligence is already developing news reports based on all the data collected.
Impact of AI on the Digital Marketing Landscape
AI continues to improve, and it’ll continue reshaping the digital marketing landscape. Businesses need to capitalize on this and implement AI in their marketing strategies to grow their business. As a business owner, this is a revolution you cannot afford to miss out on. If you want to get a better understanding of how AI can reshape your business, get in touch with us, or check out our website.  Read the full article

4 Reasons Why You Need Online Business Reputation Management
Tumblr media
Having a strong online presence is one of the most important attributes of a small business. In fact, not having one will only serve to keep you behind your competitors in the industry. It's also important, though, to keep track of your online reputation. Otherwise, you may find yourself running into issues down the road. Hiring a business reputation management firm can make your life far easier, but not everyone is sure about why they need to consider this option. Not sure where to start? Don't worry, we’ve got you covered. Let's take a look at everything you need to know.
1. It Leads to More Sales
The premise behind this statement is simple— when people look to make a purchase online, they often steer clear of businesses that have poor reviews. Even an average review score (such as a 3 out of 5) could make people second-guess your brand. By managing your online reputation and maximizing the number of positive reviews and content, you'll find that your sales numbers will increase over time.
2. Find Where Your Business Reputation Needs to Improve
Part of reputation management involves learning from and responding to customer reviews. Since many businesses forego reading reviews entirely, it's not uncommon for them to continue to make the same mistakes over and over again. Reputation management will ensure that anyone who's interacted with your business in the past will have their voice heard, and you can use this feedback to make changes in the future.
3. Build Trust
As previously mentioned, people navigate away from poor reviews and toward positive reviews. This is especially true if there's a particularly large volume of positive feedback (such as thousands of ratings). Eventually, your positive reputation will immediately earn you the trust of people who are finding out about your brand for the first time. You'll establish yourself as an authority in your industry and your customers will be far more likely to trust what you say.
4. Recruit Better Employees
If you're in need of new workers but have a poor online reputation, you may find that you can't attract the talent you're looking for. You may even find that the only people who are applying are under-qualified or desperate. While this isn't to say that those badly in need of a job or who don't meet the criteria will be poor workers, you're rolling the dice compared to hiring someone skilled. So, a solid reputation for your brand (especially about how you treat employees) will have people knocking on your door as soon as you post a job opening.
Online Reputation Is Just as Important
So be sure to treat it as such. Your business reputation matters as much on the Internet as it does offline, and prioritizing it will put you on the path toward hitting numbers like never before. Want to learn more about how we can help? Feel free to get in touch with us today to see what we can do. Read the full article

Top 5 Reasons Why Your Company Needs a Business Blog
Tumblr media
It's no secret that business is now more competitive than ever. There's also far more opportunity, and yet it can be incredibly challenging to grab the attention of potential customers.   This is why every company needs to take advantage of the most simple and easy ways of engaging with their target audience. This includes starting a business blog. After all, business blogs enable you to communicate your message effectively without cutting into your marketing budget. This article takes a look at the top 5 reasons why your company needs to blog. Keep reading to discover insight into what makes blogging such a powerful business tool.
1. Display Your Expertise
One of the major benefits of starting a blog is for the opportunity to display that you have expertise in a specific topic. A blog enables you to write on any topic, whether related to your business or not. Thus you can establish yourself as an authority in an area of interest, thus creating curiosity in what else you might have to say. Rather than simply selling a product or service, you are able to display a deep knowledge of the topic, helping to elevate you above the competition. This can give your company a huge competitive advantage in the marketplace.
2. Share Product Information with Customers
Never forget that customers crave information. Both before and after a purchase. And yet you are limited in the amount you are able to include on the packaging or in social media.  A blog, on the other hand, provides you with unlimited space so that you can communicate in a broader and more effective way. Thus consumers are able to visit your blog and search your expanded database for tips and advice that give them a better understanding of how your product or service can improve their lives.
3. Build Your Brand
It's certainly no secret that success in business is closely related to the power of your personal brand. Building and improving your brand is a huge challenge, can often take years, and is typically an incredibly expensive endeavor. Post articles about your company in your blog helps to provide customers with insight into your business that can make an indelible impression. This is your chance to convey specific energy and presence that will help make your brand more memorable to those who might be encountering your company for the first time.
4. Grow Your Social Media Reach
Social media is one of the most powerful marketing tools ever created. After all, the various social media platforms provide access to billions of potential users. That's why it's so important to coordinate your blog posts with your social media activity so that you can drive traffic to your website.
5. Improve Your Web Presence
Starting a blog can also enable you to take advantage of SEO by providing great content that appeals to potential customers. Popular keywords and common questions can drive customers to your website and help put your company on the map.

Top Tips for Creating Web Content That Converts
Tumblr media
Content is everything for a small business these days. Whether it's written content, video, or social media posting, your content is how you build your customer base and let them get to know you. It helps you create a reputable brand and makes the digital marketing side of your business run. But, how do you know if your content strategy is actually working? In this post, we're going to give you a short guide for creating web content that converts. After all, if your content isn't bringing in customers, then what are you putting all of that effort in for?
Build a Content Team
The days of running content with one or two people doing it part-time are gone. To truly succeed with your strategy, you need a dedicated team of folks analyzing trends and formulating plans. Content is a 24/7 thing now. You want creative people that have multi-faceted skill sets. People that can write engaging copy with an understanding of SEO, shoot and edit videos, and understand the ins and outs of social media are more in demand than ever.
Come Up With Short Term and Long Term Goals
Sit down with your content team and write down longterm goals, then pepper in short-term ones to hit along the way. Maybe a major goal is that you're trying to double your conversion rates from your blog posts. You can do that and also hit smaller goals, like broadening your range of topics, at the same time. Being able to tick off little achievements every week will boost morale and turn the culture into a winning one. That way, it won't be so surprising when you start to achieve those more grandiose goals.
Understand Your Audience (And Your Desired Audience)
The best way to bring in qualified leads is by understanding who your current customers are and who your desired customer base is. The more you know about them, the more you can do to appeal to them on a regular basis. Keep an eye on social media engagement and don't be afraid to ask your customers if they like what they're seeing. It's the best and quickest way to do more of what works and get rid of what doesn't.
Vary the Content
Don't be afraid of using multiple content streams. Your blog might be working just fine, but it'll be a whole lot more successful when it's working in conjunction with your YouTube channel and your Instagram account. Content comes from many different places these days and people like to see a company they like from different angles. Use what's available to you and start converting customers from many platforms instead of just one.
Reassess Your Web Content Constantly
Creating web content that works and drives sales isn't easy. If you allocate the proper resources, however, you can bring in a ton of leads and increase your conversion rates in ways you never thought possible. A little creativity goes a long way. At Denver Digital, we understand the importance of web design, SEO, and content marketing. Contact us today to find out how we can help your business make more out of your web content. Which Businesses are Considered Essential in Denver During the COVID-19 Stay at Home Order
The world has gone from hustling and bustling, concerts on the weekends, park sports on the weekdays, packed malls and restaurants, to empty streets and governments ordering businesses to close and people to stay home to fight the spread of a serious virus. Many counties in Colorado, including Denver, have issued a strict stay at home order. This entails closures of non-essential businesses, only partaking in necessary activities such as going to work, the store, or the doctors, and ordering extreme social distancing. This has all come very sudden but if we take the stay at home order seriously, the quicker things will get back to normal. With such chaos comes confusion, however, we’re here to clear things up for you! If you are working for a business that is still up and running, have lost your job from the repercussions of the virus, or even own a business, you might be wondering, “Which businesses are considered essential during this time?”
Tumblr media
According to colorado.gov, it is important that Coloradans know the order does not apply to: Grocery stores Gas stations Pharmacies Police stations Fire stations  Hospitals, clinics and healthcare operations  Garbage/sanitation  Public transportation  Public benefits (i.e. SNAP, Medicaid) hotlines Grocery and meal delivery, drive-through, and takeout options. Liquor and cannabis stores. Health care.  Transportation.  Please see the order itself for the full list of exempted businesses.  COVID-19 spreads person to person and is highly contagious.  As for everyone else, you must stay home whenever possible. This lessens social interactions and will lessen the spread of the virus. It is important that those with COVID-19 symptoms self-isolate until a negative test result is presented.    Here are a couple of key things you should keep in mind: Working from home is encouraged if possible Social distancing must be in place for those businesses that do stay open. Restaurants and bars are closed for in house seating, however, takeout/delivery is permitted. All social gatherings of any size are prohibited other than critical business or government functions.   Cannabis and liquor stores remain open. Places of worship remain open but must practice social distancing. Again, all but necessary travel is prohibited.   You can find more information about the virus and the stay at home order on covid19.colorado.gov.  We at Denver Digital wish everyone good health!  The sooner we get a grip on the spread of COVID-19, the sooner all of our lives will go back to normal. 5 Key Marketing Questions to Ask a Digital Agency When Hiring Them
Tumblr media
Your brand won't go far at all unless you have the digital marketing muscle behind it that will help you stand apart.  The best step you can take is to reach out to a digital marketing agency that can assist you with whatever kind of work you need. However, you should vet them to the fullest before making a hire.   Read on so that you know which marketing questions to ask when you're trying to improve your branding.
Know Which Marketing Questions to Ask
When you want to get a handle on your marketing, it takes the assistance of a top-notch agency.  It pays to get to know the marketing industry as a whole and to gauge the company's understanding. Here are the points you need to ask about:   1. Learn About Their Prior Clientele  Learning which clients they helped before you will tell you a lot about what they can do for you. For instance, if you host meditation retreats, there is some intersectionality at play if the marketing company has done work for yoga studios. Further, look into the success or failures of their prior marketing campaigns to gauge their expertise.  2. See If They're Familiar With Your Industry It also helps when the marketing company has knowledge of your specific industry. That way, they'll know what makes your customers tick and will be better able to market to them.  When the agency speaks the same shorthand and understand your goals, it becomes easier for you to find results with your marketing campaigns.  3. Ask About Their Content Creation Expertise and Strategies Half of marketing today revolves around content creation. As such, you need to ask the agency about things like blogging, podcasting, video creation and other forms of creating excellent content.  Do business with a marketing professional that understands graphic design principles so that they can create any kind of multimedia you need.   Make sure that your content strategy also revolves around monetization of a blog, YouTube channel or any other piece of media.   4. Find Out Their Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Philosophy No matter how you slice it, your marketing campaigns aren't going very far unless they are rooted in search engine optimization (SEO). Ask the company how they attack SEO and what goals you should be setting. If they have familiarity with this form of marketing, it'll be easier for them to help you get search engine ranking and to break through the noise.  5. Get a Price Breakdown Finally, you need to get a clear idea of how much you'll be paying for their marketing services.  Ask about their fee structures and what kinds of options you have. You should also ask what forms of payment they offer, and what you are getting at each tier of service.  Find this out upfront so that there are no surprises once it's time to render service.
Handle Your Marketing Research
These are the marketing questions to ask when you're trying to do right by your company's branding.  In today's climate, you have to be able to market at all times. Working with an incredible agency is half the battle.   Denver Digital can help you with whatever you're looking for.  Take the time to contact us when you're in need of any sort of digital marketing work.  Read the full article

3 Content Marketing Tips All Marketers Should Know
Tumblr media
In this day and age, it's safe to say that content marketing is king. Not only is it a great way to connect with your audience and showcase your branding, but it's also a simple way to drive traffic to your website. If you eat, sleep and breathe content marketing, this one's for you. Tune in for our three most relevant content marketing tips!
1. Know Your Audience
Before you begin any producing any content, you want to know exactly who your audience is. After all, if you don't know for whom you're writing, how are you supposed to produce quality content? Without knowing, you're more likely to produce a generalized type of content that doesn't actually appeal to anyone. This is why knowing the details of your audience is so crucial in producing content. It might be helpful to create a specific persona of your audience in your head. For example, a real estate brokerage may decide they want to produce content directed toward a younger demographic. A helpful persona to imagine might be a late-twenties first-time homebuyer. When you have detailed such a specific persona in your head, you're going to find producing relevant content all the more natural.
2. Create Engaging Headlines and Include a Read Time
Did you know that 80% of people only read the headline of an article? It's safe to say that your headline just might be the most important aspect of your article. After all, this is what's going to grab the attention of your audience and entice them to read your content. Don't be afraid to use humor or even a slight degree of controversy in your headlines. This is what will separate your content from the competition and encourage your audience to click on your headline. Another helpful hint is to create a read time. This is the estimated time that it will take for your audience to read the article from start to finish. Today, web browsers like to know exactly what they're getting themselves into. When they become aware of the entire article only taking three minutes of their life, they're all the more likely to engage with your content.
3. Commit to a Schedule
Just how seriously are you taking your content production schedule? Without a proper schedule, you're going to find yourself posting content on an irregular basis. Not only will this look unprofessional to your audience, but it's not giving your audience the opportunity to connect with your content. This is why producing content on a regular basis is so crucial. With this, your audience is going to anticipate your content and be more likely to engage with it. For example, your audience will know to browse your profiles every Monday when new content is shared. The goal is to have your audience become aware of your posting schedule. Try creating a catchy slogan that will help your audience to remember which days of the week you share new or certain types of content. If creating this much content feels intimidating, rest assured that you cast re-post older articles. In fact, one study found that 75%  of their blog views came from older posts. While these might not be new posts, they still have the power to grab your reader's attention.

How to Build Brand Awareness: 5 Tips That Work
Tumblr media
When you think of the most popular brands on the market, odds are there's a certain factor they have that sticks out to you. Subway emphasizes eating fresh, so that's many of our go-to for a healthy lunch. McDonald's emphasizes value for your money, so many of us head there on a budget. Building brand awareness is essential for gaining and maintaining an audience. As a business owner, you're going to want to know how to build brand awareness. To learn our tips, keep reading!
How to Build Brand Awareness
When it comes to your brand, you want people to flock to it. You want your brand to be the brand that people are biased towards and loyal to. This is what the result is when you have brand awareness. So, how can you achieve that? 1. Trust Is Key If someone has a bad experience with a brand, they're likely not going to give that brand their business again. Part of building brand awareness is putting customer needs first and building trust. You want your audience to associate your brand with loyalty and generosity. To do this, it's important not to be stingy with your product. Be gracious with replacements and returns. One product that costs $60 is much less significant than a customer's repeated business. 2. Have a Clear Message of What Your Brand Is For A huge part of building brand awareness is creating an association with your brand. For example, if you're looking for a healthy yogurt, you may consider Chobani. If you're looking for comfortable and durable athletic apparel, you may choose Nike. What both of these brands have in common is that they associate a need with their product. This "need" creates a reason for consumers to return to your brand over and over. 3. Build Your Brand Equity One of the first things people will notice about your brand is the price range. Are you on the higher end? If so, what are you offering that justifies it? Think about your purpose, quality, and target audience to determine your brand equity. 4. Interact with Your Audience The more personal you are with your audience the more positively they'll view you. Be vigilant with responding and interacting with consumers on social media. If someone has a complaint on social media, reach out and find out how you can remedy the situation. When building brand awareness, you want others to associate your brand with being a person and not just a big corporation. 5. Have a Backstory There has to be a journey for why you set out to start your business. So, make it public! Your consumers will be more attracted to your business if they are inspired by your journey.
What Does Your Brand Represent?
The most successful brands on the market have brand awareness. You know exactly what the brand is known for as well as what they have to offer. If you want a little more advice on how to build brand awareness, reach out to us today! Read the full article

With these seven tips, you can create a strong video strategy designed with your goals in mind. Ready to start rolling? Boost your brand and your business with these seven online video marketing tips!
1. Know Your Target Audience
The first step to building a sound video marketing strategy is to know your target audience. Your audience has their own distinct needs, problems, and desires. By pinpointing those elements, you can create videos designed with them in mind. First, determine their demographics, including age, gender, and buying behaviors. Then, consider what your customers care about. From there, you can create an online video marketing strategy that appeals to your audience.
2. Stay Focused
Once you know your customers and what they care about, create a list of potential topics to cover. You can use these topics throughout your video strategy. Then, choose one to start with. Each video should have a singular focus. That way, you can attract a niche audience that cares about that topic. It's also easier to create shorter videos if you have a single goal in mind.
3. Prepare Your Script
Consider what type of video you want to create, such as a tutorial, review, product demo, or vlog. Then, prepare a brief script for your video content. A script will help you stay on track. Make an outline that includes key points you want to cover. From there, try to provide your audience with helpful insight.
4. Add Your Brand
Make sure to add your brand throughout your video. Your brand will help you stand out from competitors. Your brand should include your voice, tone, and visuals. You should also consider the unique value you offer. Communicating that value will help you turn viewers into customers.
5. Make it Share-Worthy
By making your videos easier to share on social media, you can expand your reach. Focus on explaining and engaging your audience. Then, they'll become more likely to share your videos with others.
6. Offer Expertise
74% of users who watch videos to learn more about a product are more likely to purchase it. In fact, 77% of consumers say they become convinced to trust a brand after watching a video. One of the best tips for a stronger video strategy is to offer your unique expertise. Your experience and expertise will help you stand out in your field.
7. End on a CTA
