Thank you for bringing some much needed common sense to tomdaya Tumblr regarding Timmy and Z. The movie was bringing 2 other popular actors for Part 2 and it made sense for Austin to be paired with Timmy since their characters are supposed to be 2 sides of the same coin (and they can only use this pairing for only this movie given the ending). Then Z and Florence characters become the political official wife and the concubine but true love of Timmy's Emperor, so it made sense to pair them even though they don't have much screen time together in Part 2. And of course Timmy and Z are extremely careful and have been since Part 1 when doing events in public because Timmy has been presented as Tom's rival in their age group in Hollywood and shipping Timmy with Z further feeds this fictional rivalry. In the few interviews we had with Z and Timmy (some with Austin and/or Florence and/or Margot) we saw the easy rapport that Timmy and Z have. Check all the South Korean interviews. Regarding Josh and Mike, relatively few people know them and they are not really considered hot actors, so the shipping between Z and them is almost non-existent. Challengers is also a movie about competitive horny people playing tennis, so the interviews are going to be a lot more relaxed than a movie about galactic imperialism and genocide and manipulating cultures through the use of religion

i’m the anon who mentioned the awards pundits and omg i did not mean for so much of the attention going to the “bisexual” part of it, i know the oscars haven’t shied away from lgbtq+ movies for a long time! challengers is just too fun and fresh and energetic and wild and steamy (that’s what i meant by my oversimplified quote lol sry), and the movies the oscars favor are either emotional or feel-good or dramatic or depressing (which fit all the movies you mentioned btw), maybe they’ll throw in a blockbuster or two. i would love a surprise though, especially concerning acting noms

But by all means, don't sleep on the Academy! They can be unpredictable sometimes! I say that it really all depends on how STEEP the other competition is that year.

"Barbie" was nominated this year for goodness sakes lol 😆 so the Academy nominates fun and even silly movies sometimes! 😁

So yea, who knows? Acting nods might be in order for the 3 of them in challengers. We'll just have to see! 😅

Your patience is incredible, I want to be like you when I grow up.

I love that you dont mind using that trigger finger and blocking. 😁 People who are constantly negative and continue to try to shit on other people are ridiculous at best (putting it mildly). Never waste your energy on them. I can't imagine what they are like in their lives off line. If you're negative on people who you don't know, but call yourself a fan, you must be judgmental in droves.

The expectations people put on celebrities are beyond parasocial. It's disgusting. What do we look like dictating the lives of strangers?What has been said on this blog plenty? It's...STAY IN a fan's PLACE, AND JUST BE a FAN. Social media is just that, be social, and then log off and go do real life. Stop living your dreams through people. Just enjoy where they are in the moment and move on. Cheer them on in their endeavors and keep it pushing. Some of this stuff ain't that deep. 😂 Gotta go, tonight is soulfood night. Since coming on here I see more of Timothee than I ever did prior just from various discourse. I don’t think he’s fake either. I think he actually seems like a fun guy to hang out with. Also friends with a lot of people from all types of circles so I’m sure he’s interesting.

Timothee with Kylie on the other hand is still so funny to me. I don’t know if they’re endgame either (do we even know Timothee thoughts on the future for his personal life kinda like tz have mentioned in interviews?) But I will say when they come up in convo with my friends it’s always shocking to see we haven’t missed anything? They don’t do pap walks, post about each other, He isn’t promoting her businesses or anything. Lol! They’re so private and dare I say protective of their relationship. Kylie does seem the happiest I’ve ever seen her though.

Timmy has always seemed pretty genuine to me! 😊 He seems like he's always the same. 🤷🏾‍♀️

He seems like a goofball lol, and he doesn't seem to change or switch things up with different ppl, so I'm assuming he's real. He's always seemed very down to earth and nice to people from what I've seen. He's never given me "fake" vibes, that's all I'll say. 🤷🏾‍♀️

I'll be honest, I don't really follow their rlshp all that closely lol, but with her being a Kardashian, I can see why some might feel like their rlshp is fake or PR.

They personally seem like they're happy together (whether real or fake) imo, so idk....I can't really say?

The only thing I doubt is that they are endgame. I don't get that feeling at all about them. I just think they're enjoying each other. But hey, I could be proven wrong! 😅

Anon, Z just finished a press tour in which Timothée and her were repeatedly asked about kissing each other even though the kisses are relatively tame and the relationship between their characters pits notions of religious fervor, manipulation, imperialism and choosing duty over love. They could have asked those questions instead of asking 100 times about kissing. And then she starts Challengers promo and is again asked about kissing as if she's not an experienced 27 yr old actress

Also it seems that anon didn't watch TCR since Tom's character has intimate sexual encounters with 1 woman and 2 men in the series.

I went into this press tour as a Josh girl, but I am now standing ten toes down for Mike. lol he has been absolutely hilarious and as a fellow midwesterner and introvert he is doing his best . No Mike slander allowed. This is probably my favorite trio of Z’s. ( I’m not the biggest fan of Jacob B) . Nothing beats my T and Z duo though.
