Lmao, this is a cool concept!

Well... no cheating indeed: last person in my camera roll is Edward Nygma XD. It’s a picrew version I’ve made with an already existing picrew. I didn’t create the site, I simply used it to make a Riddler-character (even though I haven’t written much lately, I made little picrew characters here and there, it’s a fun activity). As for the song, it’s “Move Along” from the All-American Reject. And... considering the fact I’m a bit out-of-touch with fics lately (both reading & writing), I’m not sure the “Move Along” + Eddie dearest combination is a good sign XD So, incoming: Edward Nygma in the movie called Move Along for me!

I want to and I am flattered you asked for three of my drafts ;)

Here's the beginning (as it is planned for now) of Peter Pan:

[Bruce bit his lower lip to force himself to hold back a sob.

Mother blamed him for crying, alone in his too big, too comfy bed in his huge room.

Nightmares are for little kids. For weak people. For inferior beings. His parents repeated words like these every time their eleven-year-old son whines on the morning, eyes red and puffy, saying he had nightmares and was afraid. Again.

But... he couldn't help it. It was not his fault. He did his best to keep the ghosts at bay, yet they always returned to haunt him.

"I miss you so much, Alfred..." The little boy whispered in the darkness of the room in which he felt like a... stranger even though it's his for years.

Forcing the new tears to stay put, Bruce exited the false cover of the blankets that made him feel... alien in his own skin. He didn't want to feel safe in a nest, didn't want to cuddle under sheets and blankets. He wanted to stay cold. Cold, sad and empty as he feels for the past months every since... Gotham murdered his butler in front of him. The town ripped away the only person who always loved and cared for him... and ever since, little Bruce suffers violent nightmares.

The child shivered when his bare feet connected with the wooden floor. He wanted to... go out. He needs fresh air, no matter how cold, before he suffocates.

Bruce opened the large bay window leading to a private balcony accessible from his bedroom. He breathed in and out the cool air that invaded his lungs and dried his wet cheeks like a ghostly hand, loving but frigid, that strokes his hair and cleans his face.

It took the boy a handful of minutes to realize... there was someone out there, playing in the garden. Someone watching him.]

Aka: this is a Peter Pan AU starring Edward as Peter Pan, Selina as Tinkerbell, Bruce as the random child who bonds with them and travels to Neverland... where he meets the Batkids (= the lost boys and girls) plus everything else in this brave new world ;)

Ok I am also insanely curious about Blood and Chocolate [Scriddler & teenager!Stephanie] that is such a COOL COOL title (plus teen steph like can we go wrong?)

Aww, thanks! First of all I must give credits: the title isn't an idea of mine, it's taken from a line said by a character, Frederick Chilton, in the Hannibal TV show.

In fact, I've been teasing / using refs / talking both in my works and outside for a while about an Hannibal Scriddler AU with, in the leading roles, Jonathan Crane as Hannibal Lecter, Edward Nygma as Will Graham and Stephanie Brown as Abigail Hobbs. Some of my Jonathan and Edward's dynamics are inspired from Hannibal and Will's in the show. Hence... I believed I'll dedicate an actual book to this AU, but it stayed at references... and this little OS ^^

It was an almost crafted draft when I reblogged the WIP game, but in the mean time I actually finished and posted it! Here's the link if you want: Blood and Chocolate

(Also I don't usually see your blog on Desktop and I am LIVING for the green/purple color scheme, you are giving me such 60's Eddie who is MY FAVE!!!)

Hello River!! Omg, I'm sorry for the very delayed response... I'm currently living a kinda 'distant phase' with the fandom world including with my own content. BUT. I love what you do, you are such a talented writer on top of being a lovely person to talk to, and I need you to know that those little emoji-like characters you use are the cutest things ever. I wanna pet them on the head like kittens ^^ Awww, thank you for the compliments on my blog's aesthetic! 60's Eddie is a CLASSIC, I'm super soft for... a lot of Riddler versions, but I ENJOY his past selves compared to everything my poor baby angel has been through since that ugly New 52 / Reboot era that ruined his character. I live for the blessed time he was a nerdy genius riddled with issues who nurtures a huge crush on Batman... and plays in a perfect chaotic neutral position ;)

Now, Angel shoulder verse! I admit it's a doc in which I've simply written a couple words a while ago, but I hope it'll become a short One-Shot in near future! Here's a summary of what this might look like once I properly work on it:

Concept: it's sort of a 'crack treated seriously' idea, with Edward and Bruce being the angel and the demon on Stephanie's shoulders. Aka, they are her invisible / magical protectors who live with her since her birth and constantly try to guide her decisions. In this world, everyone has their own attached angel and demon, but no human is supposed to actually see them / hear them, they are simply influenced by them in their head. Except that Steph sees them, hears them fight, flirt and coo over her head because they get along a little too well, and she is so done with their antics. She loves them though, her disastrous-but-hilarious sort of 'weird adopted magical tiny dads', who consider her their daughter and want what's best for her. As for Jason, he is another human... who happens to become teenage Stephanie's first real crush. Needless to say, her angel & demon dads are in for quite a great big dose of stress. Until they eventually accept the boy plus his own angel & demon duo (who are either Harvey and Selina or Pamela and Harley, I haven't decided yet). In for shenanigans! ;)

Eddie “robbed a florist” instead of paying for the roses on Valentine’s Day. I feel like this is something Bruce WILL remind him every now and then.

Years from now, with happily married Riddlebat, every time Edward will complain that his husband didn’t buy him exactly what he asked for, Bruce will retort “well, remember that Valentine’s Day when you didn’t even buy the flower bouquet?” Eddie should have paid these roses. Things would have much easier then...

- Everything I write contains Edward Nygma no matter what. It’s the rule number 1. Then it very often contains Stephanie Brown and Jason Todd (out of 17, 14 of the stories above give them a share of the spotlight), plus Bruce Wayne. And Jonathan Crane hanging out never far behind ;)

- Ask me anything, I’d love to give you an insight / answer a question or see what you guessed from just a draft title ^^

First ship: I’d say... Cole / Phoebe Halliwell from the TV show Charmed. Child!me was in this mood of “I love both of them so much but I love them all the more together”. Guess that was my first ship.

Three ships: Riddlebat, Scriddler, Riddler / Question (Vic Sage). Yes, I invented that last ship and make exclusive content for them. Among others ;)
