It's called a prong collar, it is one of many training tools. I'm not really interested in a tools debate, funny enough I was just thinking on my walk how it's been a long time since anyone annoyed me about this. Fenris occasionally pulls on leash especially right now as a teenage butthead, and my back can't take the strain, so until he remembers that I did actually teach him leash manners he wears it for walks.

The one-sided rivalry between bully breed fans and chihuahua fans is honestly pretty funny. On one side you’ve got the bully fans who post about how wonderful and adorable their pit bulls are, not like those demon rat chihuahuas, and on the other side you have chihuahua fans posting about how wonderful and adorable their chis are and whenever someone sees a meme about how all dogs are good dogs except chihuahuas you can practically hear the collective sigh and one of the first responses will be “A pit bull owner made this, right?”
