Ok, trying to demonstrate the concept of becoming #metabolicflexibility or #metabolicallyflexible using the @ketomojo helps me do that. 92mm/dL For glucose and 1.3 for ketones is an acceptable range. But my goal is multi fold. Have better handling of glucose, so that it’s lower then 85, or even 80, and have the ketones be in the 1.5 or higher. With this reading, my glucose is a bit higher then I want it. Many times I get asked about such and such nutrient and supplement to aid with #adrenalfatigue Here is a standard answer no matter what the supplement may be. That might be hard to understand upon first reading this. But here it is: “dosage and sensitivity has huge variations as well. Let’s not forget that the basics must be a given also. Like good quality oxygen, mineral absorption and utilization, quality macro nutrients, with stability of blood sugar levels being met, and of course great quality protein, not too much, and great quality healthy fat intake.
