Today's post is Chloe from mahoyaku !

I did this one as a gift for a friend who chose the ponytail

that was the hardest amigurumi EVER and I didn't put half the details the original outfit has! but I tried my best and I'm really proud of the outcome!

and it took SOOO long but it's okay since I asked for it as I had been wanting to use different materials and add many many details to my work! only the arms took me a day to create

maybe because I'm more drawn to her I used to think she was the most popular, I remember thinking "she's so me" as a kid when I was allowed to watch mlp because I thought I was so sweet and kind and quiet and shy...not all of these are real

so every time I think about making mlp pieces I always think about her first, I'm planning on making a big and detailed piece and I just can't find the time (thankfully, love my job)

I clearly can't make simple things as I embroidered (kinda poorly (first time)) her cutie mark and I kinda wish I did the hair in a better way ? but I'm gonna be so fr

I get really tired while creating because it is so HARD to make simple things beautiful

I hope I did this baby some justice and I know I'm just being hard on myself and a lot of people love it and don't give a damn if she's too simple or not

I'm really tired so I might be a bit cranky today but it's okay because she wouldn't mind it

hi !! showing up to share some more of my art

I made the mane 6 mlp keychains I planned to do and tried thicker yarn to make bigger plushies of them!!

but so far I've only made pinkie pie (which was a commission) and fluttershy (because I thought I'd get a hundred million likes on twitter...didn't even make 200)

it's clear I used different techniques for the blush because I wasn't sure about how and I do prefer pinkie's a lot more! so I'll be changing fluttershy's blush to actual blush powder

you can also notice the difference in eye sizes because...uhh

I like fluttershy's size but pinkies embroidery better!

I also made a plushie and a keychain of derpy BUT haven't had the time to photograph it and I'm not so sure I like it as much

anyways, it's a free pattern available on my ig @chocroche and I recently found out someone uploaded it to Pinterest so! kinda weird

I would post the keychains but I can't seem to find the pictures and I barely get any attention here...just want to ramble a bit about my thoughts

I really really want to make all 6 of them in this yarn to post the most beautiful picture but I don't have time OH AND I GOT A COMMISSION FOR SUNSET SHIMMER I'M SO EXCITED I only made the mane 6 and derpy so far I even bought the colors to make Celestia Luna Cadence etc etc but I'll probably only do it 1 if I'm making a collection for myself 2 if someone buys one of them

I'll probably make rarity next when I have the time ! yeah that's it's bye

I’m so happy this commission gave me the freedom to be very detailed and, well, fancy. I do love that about commissions, though it obviously depends on the client’s budget.

I want to do Palma Vecchio Armand next, but then it will be two more commissions, after which I’ll open for a few more commissions and otherwise get back to making dolls for general sale.

I'm not really sure how the crochet community is in here or how to properly use this app but I'm not content with my twitter/x interactions regarding said community and instagran does not make me justice

I really want to reach actual fans of the characters I'm being inspired by instead of just the followers I have!

She's uncomfy because people in the academy still treat her with prejudice for being a Zaunite. Ekko's with her, so she mostly hangs with him and Viktor, her fav professor.

Someone suggested that Powder's single braid splitting into two as Jinx represents her adopting her "jinx" persona after enduring trauma. I wanted to depict this in her design, showing her as less violent than canon Jinx but still struggling to suppress that side of her.
