Yesterday was Tuesday

Day 22 of my awesome Journey! Every Tuesday I take measurements of my body. 22 days on this system and I have lost 13.5 inches!!! POOF!! Gone!! Isn't that amazing!!! I was so happy this morning that I actually wanted to go running! Ha! Me run! You got to be kidding! But anyways I was on top of things this morning. I didn't forget my fitbit! I didn't forget my Sustain shake for my lunch. I even had time to relax before rushing off to work. Great motivation from my support team on facebook and great motivation from everyone here Keep up the great work everyone!
