Garak catches the Bajoran winter flu and spends most of the episode in sickbay alternating between complaining about a nonexistent draft, telling outlandish stories to Julian and the nurses, and claiming that he may die, when in fact the illness is no worse than the common cold of the 21st century, but unfortunately just as uncurable.

Weyoun is both a security officer AND a physician's assitant in this timeline? Or is each episode from a different timeline/merely hypothetical and not necessarily a part of the same season?
It can be however you want to read it, really. But I would remind you that in Star Trek: Voyager, Lieutenant Tom Paris is both the pilot and a nurse, so Weyoun could feasibly be both a security officer and a physician’s assistant in the same timeline.

Can Kira and Ezri track them down before they fall prey, either to the vicious animal inhabitants of the moon or each other?

I saw a post earlier which was talking about Damar dying and I was legitimately like, “Wait. Damar died?” I also forgot Garak moved back to Cardassia at the end of the series. I guess you could say I did NOT Keep Up With The Kardashians Cardassians.
